02/08/2024: Too hot, no shade, bombed by wasps. When four wasps were on my plate we asked to move to the lower level. There were too many noisy fans blowing hot air around us and no atmosphere. We left after two courses, I wouldn’t recommend it. We were disappointed.

31/07/2024: Te hacen pagar un importe mínimo de 40 euros cuando reservas , que pierdes en caso de no presentarte . Cuando pedimos no había el plato que queríamos y su solución fue “tenemos ternera en vez de pato” bochornoso …. No merece la pena para nada , caro, pequeño, descuidado y encima se permiten el lujo de no tener uno de los 5 platos principales de su carta de carnes,,, no sabemos si tenían únicamente ternera porque es lo único que nos ofrecieron ,,,, lamentable

09/08/2024: It's the third time we've gone to this restaurant for dinner! For a romantic dinner it is the right place, very refined but without exaggerating! We went on Friday evening and had a fried dish and a plate of fresh pasta with beetroot cream, if I'm not mistaken, unfortunately it was overcooked and I asked to send it back, the waiter (I think it's the owner) apologized a thousand times and told me brought back another dish! Despite this small mix-up, I will gladly return because these things can happen but the important thing is knowing how to fix it! Apart from the beauty of this place, I really like the kindness and simplicity of those who work there (even the youngest waiter who I don't know his name, very professional)! Well done

15/08/2024: "Very bad experience at Twiga in Forte dei Marmi" We went to Twiga to celebrate a birthday with friends and were deeply disappointed. Patrizio Pucci had confirmed to us in writing via WhatsApp that the minimum cost for dinner and party was €1100. Halfway through dinner, to our great surprise, he informed us that the €1100 only included dinner and that to access the party part it was necessary to pay another €700. We felt deceived and manipulated. We had already paid €1100 and found ourselves excluded from the party we had been promised. This is an incorrect and unacceptable practice. Twiga played with our expectations and ruined an important evening for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and honest evening. 23/07/2024: We had Prosciutto Melone, not only was it excellent, the serving size was larger than I expected (3 large cuts of Cantelope). The pizza was 4 toppings, Ham, pepperoni, mushrooms and artichoke. Instead of the toppings spread all over, each topping was 1/4 of the pizza.. Actually this worked out great for us I don't care for artichoke, and the wife didn't want the meat.. Our waiters were attentive and friendly. This prices are not out of line w/ what it costs to eat in Florence, Italy. When the (hard) rain came the waiters moved us to a location that kept us dry.

08/06/2024: One of the best restaurants in Florence, the location, the staff and most important the food, it was that good that we ate twice in it, the first time we enjoyed a meat and cheese platter with good wine, and next day ww had the best mushroom truffle buffalo mozzarella pizza that one can get, and it was completed with the most fruity rose wine.. Its a must visit and return

20/08/2024: It’s a kebab that does “Italian” precooked “food”, couldn’t finish it, it’s a health risk.

05/07/2024: Ci siamo presentati in 7 senza prenotazione e dopo le 24.00. Oltre ad averci accolto con simpatia e gentilezza ci hanno servito piatti deliziosi sempre col sorriso nonostante l'orario tardo e il numero non così facilmente gestibile. Praticamente hanno salvato il nostro addio al nubilato per la nostra amica con cena improvvisata. Ma buonissima! A sorpresa bottiglia offerta dalla casa. Jasmine, deliziosa, staff meraviglioso. Grazie davvero!!!! Uno di noi intollerante al glutine e latte e derivati ha trovato un menù ricchissimo. 10 e lode 🥰🥰😍😍
