The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like true VIPs—exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. We had an amazing time, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Twiga is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy a high-energy, VIP experience with exceptional service. Can’t wait to be back!

16/11/2024: I visited Twiga Beach Club in Forte dei Marmi, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the location is beautiful, the atmosphere felt far from welcoming. The staff was rude and dismissive, which made our visit uncomfortable. It was surprising, especially since we were looking for a family-friendly environment, but instead, we encountered an unaccommodating attitude that left us feeling unwelcome. Moreover, Twiga is quite expensive compared to other beach clubs just around the corner, which offer a much more pleasant experience. For almost half the price, we found several nearby beach clubs with better service, friendlier staff, and a more relaxed vibe. The amenities at Twiga did not justify the higher cost, and we felt we could have enjoyed our day much more at one of the other options available. Overall, I would not recommend Twiga Beach Club for families or anyone looking for a friendly beach day. With so many beautiful alternatives nearby that offer better service and value, it’s worth exploring those options instead.

21/12/2024: Very terrible place, poor service, bad management and very dishonest. Rooms were leaking and nothing was done about it, My whole family caught a very bad cold and we checked out after a night and had to book elsewhere. they refused to refund our money and lied to booking.com that they fixed the issue. Danger zone stay off!!

17/12/2024: I advise against it!!! The villa itself is beautiful and charmingly located, 4/5 for the lack of air conditioning, which is very annoying in the summer. The hotel restaurant is very good - tasty food, very helpful and polite staff. Unfortunately, the problem lies in the service of the hotel part. When we made the reservation, we did not receive any information about arrival time restrictions. When we were about a 20-minute drive from the villa, we received a call that due to late arrival we would be charged an additional fee, and if we didn't like it, we could cancel the reservation (it was already late and we had been driving all day). On arrival, it turned out that the fee was for the room (x2) and was payable only in cash + the gentleman said he would not bill us because it would go through the central office... he generally pocketed the money and it was not included in the final bill. I honestly advise against it.

20/11/2024: If they had the decency to change the hours online given that they make you pay their weight in gold for the pizza (good, huh). It is not open in the afternoon contrary to the times reported online.

19/11/2024: El servicio fue increíblemente lento, dejándonos esperando mucho más de lo esperado. La comida era abrumadora y carecía de sabor, no ofreciendo nada único o memorable. Una experiencia decepcionante que no justificó el costo ni el tiempo empleado.

15/01/2025: Cocktail at €10 unacceptable, I'm not telling you to make myself a drink elaborated with barman school techniques, but with that amount of money in a Redbull vodka I expect at least the Skyy vodka much advertised in the club and branded Redbull, not the sub-brand vodka of Eurospin and the Bangladeshi energy drink. Make people laugh

06/01/2025: I enter the place and ask how it works, aperitif and disco, 15 euros to pay including drinks at the cash register! I eat, I go to the cashier to get a drink, I receive the receipt, I ask if I have to use that as payment when I leave the disco and they tell me no, That's the price of the drink, (8 Euros for a beer) You can fit in! So now you have to have another drink, paying an additional €15!? So, I drank another beer and paid €15 and with that I was able to leave the nightclub! I ask the owner of the nightclub to be more clear regarding the payment, maybe write two clear lines somewhere to hang it! I've been to 10,000 nightclubs and it's the first time something like this has happened to me, and coincidentally the same one what also happened to my friend who was in the car with me, when we met to leave we told each other the same misadventure! .. Moral of the story, if they don't put up a sign this mix-up could happen to others too. Our other friend, however, when he went to pay, asked the bar how it worked for the exit and they explained everything to him! But at the entrance they simply said €15 for drinks and buffet and that we would have to pay at the bar! I'm not saying it's intentional but badly organised, yes!!
