23/12/2024: Soggiornato presso Hotel durante periodo di Natale. Ristorante moderno, elegante e proposte molto accattivanti come menu. Carni alla griglia fantastiche , con sapore tradizionale toscano. Pane nero e schiacciata da oscar. Consiglio vivamente ( bambina sempre servita per prima , aspetto da non sottovalutare )

22/12/2024: Restaurant of the hotel of the same name. Beautiful location and excellent food. The staff is very friendly and the service is attentive and quick. Excellent experience.

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary and I must say that everything was perfect! The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a wonderful panorama! Refined cuisine of excellent quality. Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff. At the end of dinner they brought us some pastries with the words "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated! It's not an "everyday" restaurant but definitely one of those places that I recommend trying at least once in your life!

24/12/2024: I was in October, a truly magnificent place, which makes you look good. On the sixth floor of the hotel, a glass rooftop with space outside, a terrace that surrounds the entire room. The price is very high but I think it's worth it at least once for anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff, just as you would expect from a place of a certain level. The cost of a drink is around €28

26/02/2025: Recommended by a friend who lives in Bettolle. Was not disappointed. Great service, friendly atmosphere. The food and wine was delicious and incredibly reasonable. Good options for vegetarians too. Would definitely recommend

30/01/2025: I ordered a totally vegetarian dinner because this restaurant gives priority to plant-based products. In my opinion a rarity. A little slow in service, cramped and noisy place. However, I find the place well furnished with tables very, very well set up for small groups. Not suitable for a large group in my opinion.

01/01/2025: Today for the first day of the year we went to eat at this restaurant. They told me good things about it so we tried it too. The restaurant is in a street with few parking spaces but there is a car park a few hundred meters away. Inside the place is simple but clean; but the real strong point is the service that makes you immediately feel at home and the menu with abundant and delicious dishes. Today we had the sliced ​​rump, the peposo, the mixed 4, baked potato, spinach and a salad. To finish we had a tiramisu and cheesecake. As for the price I would say excellent, we will definitely return

Ci siamo sentite accolte in una bella location ed abbiamo potuto godere di una gradevole dimostrazione della validità della cucina nell'assaporare un apericena ricco ed abbondante. Ringraziamo ancora e ci diamo appuntamento ai prossimi eventi.

30/12/2024: I reserve the place for outside seating area but they said we can’t serve you out there since it’s cold after that when I ordered the food one dish was really good with was the meat with sauce and vegetables it was perfect but the food was cold like coming out of a microwave and not well I would not recommend going there at all except for the views if was very good.

Marcus especialmente hizo un buen trabajo vendiéndonos las virtudes de un 'restaurante' a diferencia de una 'trattoria'. Aprecié especialmente el excelente Chianti Classico por copa y la capacidad de completar mi comida con solo medio vaso.

10/09/2024: There were four of us. Everyone took these dishes and desserts, only half a liter of house wine in a jug for four, two liters of mineral water, three glasses of vino santo. €40! It seems like an exaggerated price to me, given the small portions. Good quality. Luckily there was good fresh bread which I ate with a little oil.....

17/01/2025: Small and intimate restaurant, with smiling service. The really sore point for me was waiting 1 hour (by the clock) between appetizer and first course, in a restaurant that had to handle maybe 15 seats that evening. During the wait, there was no attention towards the customer by the staff in clarifying any problems that we or the kitchen itself might have, other than discounting 50 cents from the final bill (goodness to them!). I'm very sorry to give only 3 stars but these are the basics of room service.

04/01/2025: Kottu Ristorante Sri Lankese – A Taste of Sri Lanka in Florence! We had the pleasure of visiting Kottu Ristorante Sri Lankese, run by a lovely Sri Lankan couple. Their hospitality was exceptional – they made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even though we arrived two hours early before the shop officially opened. The kottu was absolutely delicious and authentic, bursting with the flavors of Sri Lanka. The entire experience made us feel like we were back in Sri Lanka, especially with the rhythmic sound of kottu being prepared in the background – a truly nostalgic moment! If you’re craving authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and warm, friendly service, this is the perfect place to visit. Highly recommended!
