28/03/2025: Piatti serviti in ottima tempistica. Menù semplice ma cibo ottimo. Personale cortese e attento. Se non cercate il lusso ma mangiare bene andateci altrimenti state a casa. Ambiente piccolo, pochi tavoli quindi prenotate prima.

23/12/2024: Soggiornato presso Hotel durante periodo di Natale. Ristorante moderno, elegante e proposte molto accattivanti come menu. Carni alla griglia fantastiche , con sapore tradizionale toscano. Pane nero e schiacciata da oscar. Consiglio vivamente ( bambina sempre servita per prima , aspetto da non sottovalutare )

03/03/2025: It loses a star only on the environment which may raise some doubts, with the choice of the fake citrus pergola, for the rest it is passed with flying colours, both for the friendliness of the staff and for the quality of the food. We opted for a fish-based dinner and I confirmed the impression of the first time I was there for a dinner with colleagues. The pictures speak for themselves, while I can only tell you about the excellent flavours. We will be back for sure.

23/04/2025: We had already been to this splendid place last year. The service as always from Ciro and Francesco was excellent. The kitchen is a guarantee. It's always a pleasure to find the same staff with the same friendliness and professionalism. The hospitality of the staff makes you feel very at ease. For us, now, a mandatory stop in Florence. Thanks guys

15/04/2025: We came here on our first night and just so happened to stumble across it after walking around... Perfect choice! The food was incredible, the wine was perfect and the service was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary and I must say that everything was perfect! The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a wonderful panorama! Refined cuisine of excellent quality. Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff. At the end of dinner they brought us some pastries with the words "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated! It's not an "everyday" restaurant but definitely one of those places that I recommend trying at least once in your life!

24/12/2024: I was in October, a truly magnificent place, which makes you look good. On the sixth floor of the hotel, a glass rooftop with space outside, a terrace that surrounds the entire room. The price is very high but I think it's worth it at least once for anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff, just as you would expect from a place of a certain level. The cost of a drink is around €28

13/04/2025: Ho prenotato una cena in questo ristorante per festeggiare il compleanno del mio compagno, sperando di trascorrere una serata speciale, purtroppo invece è stata davvero deludente. I piatti che ho ordinato non erano niente di speciale, troppo salati o troppo unti, mentre al mio compagno hanno portato una cosa diversa da quello che aveva ordinato, sostenendo invece che fosse quella corretta, mentre era visibilmente diversa dalla descrizione in menu. Per la fama dell'hotel e per i prezzi indicati in menu, le aspettative erano molto alte e sono state invece purtroppo deluse. Peccato, visto che era un'occasione speciale.

18/02/2025: Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Paar hier und haben zusammen einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Unser Essen war optisch als auch geschmacklich wirklich super, der Service top mit einen Spritzer guter Laune. Und das ganzen mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Traumhaft!

10/09/2024: There were four of us. Everyone took these dishes and desserts, only half a liter of house wine in a jug for four, two liters of mineral water, three glasses of vino santo. €40! It seems like an exaggerated price to me, given the small portions. Good quality. Luckily there was good fresh bread which I ate with a little oil.....

The environment is small, don't expect many seats, there are enough of them to be able to follow you with attention and care. The mixed starter is exceptional and worth trying, then obviously the Kottu itself. Anyone who has already been to Sri Lanka knows what I'm talking about. Authentic flavors
