19/10/2025: We visited this little bar with the whole family, and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere is truly welcoming—a simple yet refined place, with a positive energy that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff is kind, smiling, and always available, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We had various dishes and drinks, and everything was excellent! From the perfectly served coffees to the fresh, homemade desserts, you could taste the quality and attention to detail. Even the savory dishes were delicious, prepared with authentic ingredients and beautifully presented. We also loved the atmosphere: clean, bright, and with background music that accompanies without disturbing. It's the kind of place you can come for a quiet dinner with friends or family. In a world where all places seem the same, this little bar stands out for its authentic atmosphere and the care with which they welcome their customers. We'll definitely be back—it's become one of those places that makes you feel "at home"! 💛

18/10/2025: Atmosphere is lovely. Reasonably priced option. Like everywhere, full of tourists. Definitely not a foodie joint if that’s what you’re seeking. Excellent service, very hospitable and friendly.

08/11/2025: The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff friendly. We ordered bruschetta and crostini, Chianina beef stew, and chickpea and spinach soup. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

05/11/2025: After a whole day of walking we dropped by this place one night and ordered 2 pizzas to go, the guy at the front was very friendly and took our order. While we waited we could see that this spot had a lot of movement and people coming in to dinner. Next time we are in Firenze we will try to go, make the time and sit down to have dinner.

23/08/2025: We've dined at this restaurant a couple of times already. The food is very good, the location is beautiful, especially in the evening. The service is attentive. If you have any allergies, let them know in advance and you won't have any problems. Both the seafood and meat dishes are excellent.

01/11/2025: Refined place and excellent service. Everything was truly delicious and well-prepared. We booked a night with dinner at the restaurant, and the maître d' showed you to your table at the entrance. As soon as you're seated, they bring you bread (including the delicious whole wheat schiacciata) and water. We ordered a Florentine appetizer, which was generous, including four crostini with various flavors, a rustica, and a mix of cured meats. For our main course, we had grilled salmon, which included two sausages, and short ribs, both cooked and flavorful to perfection. The service and restaurant were excellent.

25/05/2025: Nice place, food too, but if I can give some advice in a tasting plate it explains what the various tastings are, for the wines you need the list you can't say it out loud, the chipped plate no and not even the crackers packaged together with the bread

09/11/2025: I had the opportunity to celebrate my daughter's birthday at this restaurant, where we were welcomed and looked after with courtesy and expertise, from the moment we made our reservation to today's coffee. I sincerely thank Mrs. Ludmilla, who helped me choose the menu, and all the staff who looked after us during lunch today, which received compliments from all my guests. Thank you so much. And let's not forget the view from this terrace, which is simply stunning.

But what really stands out about Kaldi's is how the owner welcomes you in a friendly manner, making you feel at home. An excellent selection of spirits, including many gins and refined bitters, is perfect for those who want to go after dinner or for an aperitif. This place is a guaranteed hit, at any time of day.

25/10/2025: Everything, really, from the welcome to the room. The spa, the food... EXCELLENT... We especially tried the chestnut-filled tortelli with sausage and porcini mushrooms... delicate... a perfectly balanced dish between sweet and savory...

21/09/2025: Everything was very clean. The room was bright but a bit noisy in the evening. The shared terrace was splendid with breathtaking sunsets, and the bathroom/bar staff were friendly, helpful, and reliable. In short, we'll definitely be back.

12/07/2025: I had dinner with former co-workers last night. The steak was slab-style. The meat and bone were equally tough. The rump steak was good, but not the specialty the owner presents. Like everything else, it was presented as a specialty, but in reality, all the food was mediocre. The place was deserted on a Friday for dinner, probably just us, there's a reason... Then the bill was grossly overpriced, especially considering how poorly we ate, and I had some doubts about its fairness... Never mind. A negative experience that won't be repeated!!

17/09/2025: We had a warm welcome from the waitress and chef and they offered a variety of choices for my coeliac and lactose food allergens. The resfaurantbis registered with Italian Coeliac Association and chouces can be made with confidence. Food was delicious. Starter was adapted to suit my food intolerances with lactose free mozzarella and proscito, followed by baked trout in pot I I mushrooms - delicious! Nothing was too much trouble.
