18/01/2026: Truly embarrassing experience...
We arrive at 12:40 with a reservation. After seating us, bringing drinks and a focaccia, they ask us to move tables. With some difficulty, given the presence of my 87-year-old father, we move.
Two appetizers arrive in good time. Then they completely lose... the first courses are served at 2:00 PM. Generous portions, decent quality. Given the time, we forgo the second courses and move on to desserts. Finally, at 3:00 PM, we manage to leave, certainly not satisfied and with a €40 bill each.
Definitely never again.
12/01/2026: Pre-Christmas pizza party with office colleagues. We ordered two appetizer platters and then the pizzas, all good. There was a small mix-up with one of the pizzas being mislabeled by the waiter, but nothing major; it went well anyway. The staff was courteous and helpful.

29/12/2025: I know Persian cuisine quite well. There is room for improvement here. Starters are quite ok, main courses are a bit tasteless. Quantities are modest and service is subpar. The place is clean though. The very same Ed Sheeran piano song was playing over and over for the whole dinner. Overall overpriced.
27/12/2025: Very good food, I had the rice with raisins and poĺlo, the smoked aubergines, it was all good and delicate, at the end of the meal a hot mint tea.

08/12/2025: Located in the center of Turin, with paid parking in the surrounding streets. A graduation lunch led us to discover this gem of Turin's dining scene. We ate wonderfully; the setting is historic and elegant, enhanced by the professionalism of the courteous, patient staff; we felt pampered. All the dishes were excellent, from the appetizers to the main course. Highly recommended.

We were invited to dine in mid-December. The location and atmosphere were excellent.
The food was absolutely not worth the price. 3 out of 4 of us chose risotto as our special of the day. The risotto arrived barely warm. It was crusty and sticky. Everything was flattened and poorly presented. It looked like an omelette. Absolutely a bad rating.
The second course was guanciale with puree. This also arrived barely warm, with 2 tablespoons of flavorless, runny puree.
The meat looked like scraped-off stock from the bottom of the pot.
The dessert was okay.
At the entrance, where you leave your jackets, no one greets or welcomes you. Less than zero elegance.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
The center of Turin is full of restaurants where you eat well and are welcomed kindly.
17/01/2026: Supposed to be the awesome place but wasn't. Supposed to be the incredible food but wasn't. Staff was extremely busy but nice and helpful on request. A well known and nice place but not the exceptional famous experience we were said it would be.

There are tables arranged in pairs inside, or a few outside along the street.
Satispay is accepted as a payment method.

09/01/2026: Probably the best refuge in Monti della Luna/Claviere. Excellent for lunch, the sandwiches are delicious and reheated very well, the price is more than reasonable, and the place has a breathtaking view.
Especially recommended on sunny winter days; the seating outside is wonderful!
EDIT: The soup, however, is way too small. It could be better!

24/01/2026: L'Appetite is a restaurant-pizzeria located in Nichelino near the roundabout leading to Moncalieri.
What can I say about L'Appetite? I've lived here in Nichelino since I was born, and over the course of my 18 long years, I've tried various pizzerias both in Nichelino and Turin. What can I say? L'Appetite is and will remain my favorite pizzeria.
Given its proximity to my home, my family and I order a pizza from this restaurant a week and are always completely satisfied. But without further ado, I'll begin with the pizza review.
Let's remember that a place shouldn't be judged by our expectations, but by what it truly is.
Over the years, I've tried various pizzas there, from the Bismarck to the somewhat childish wurstel and chips, or the sausage and stracchino, and countless other variations.
The pizza is thin, like a classic Roman pan pizza, with a carefully considered and balanced combination of ingredients. The fries are cooked alongside the pizza, making it crispier and more flavorful. All the ingredients, whether fish, meat, or vegetables, are excellent.
What can I say about the appetite? Despite their classic Italian-style simplicity, they still manage to deliver an excellent menu.

19/11/2025: The cover charge should be eliminated because this isn't a restaurant, but a bar/pub with appetizers and unpretentious dishes. I wouldn't charge €5, €6, or €7 for a tapas, either for the quality or the quantity. It's clear we're not in Spain, so call it an "appetizer" and lower the prices. We're not even in a restaurant, so neither the cover charge nor the price of the "small plates" are justified. Adios.

A beautiful atmosphere decorated by local artists.

05/11/2025: Thank you for your hospitality. This was our second time at this hotel.
The room has all the comforts, and there's a kitchen next door with everything you need.
Downstairs is a wonderful pizzeria, where we had a delicious meal.
The pizza oven is truly beautiful.
A big thank you to the owner, Thomas, for his kindness and hospitality.

The waiter was very kind and extremely polite, always attentive and smiling. The pizza? Delicious, exactly what I expected: light dough, fresh, well-balanced ingredients. The pizza chef was polite and very attentive to the customer's needs. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
I'll definitely be back.

28/12/2025: My husband and I had dinner on Saturday evening at this elegant restaurant located in the Starhotel Majestic in Turin. The dishes we chose were excellent, both in presentation and in quality. The only flaw was the octopus, which we thought was a bit tough. The quality/price ratio was reasonable. Special thanks to our waitress, Miss Valentina D., who served us with skill and professionalism.
