23/07/2026: Truly a fantastic place! Top-notch food, tasty dishes and generous portions, spectacular decor and full of unique details. The beers on tap are exceptional and complement everything perfectly. The atmosphere is original, welcoming, and wonderful. Highly recommended!

18/07/2026: What a place, guys. Wonderful, they have everything except pizza (and thank goodness for that). Amazing burgers with Ban, pasta dishes with truffle and porcini mushrooms, ditto cuts, cold cuts, desserts, 7 taps of beer. Both the owners and employees are extremely welcoming (obviously, it's Romagna). The location is stunning (at least for my tastes).

25/08/2026: The only thing worthwhile is the building; the exhibition was more like something you'd find in a neighborhood cultural center.

23/08/2026: I went to see the Frida Kahlo paintings, but they weren't available. There was nothing on display at the museum that I could see, based on the photos on Google Maps.

The restaurant is pleasant, furnished in a rustic-modern style with great attention to detail. Laura looked after us, accommodating all our requests. How's the food? Excellent! Rich appetizers, Sciatt and Valtellina croquettes, Pizzoccheri among the best I've ever tried, polenta of all kinds, even with truffle, creamy and velvety. Honest portions and fair prices. I'm back from a week in Trentino, where I ate all kinds of polenta... but here I found a truly special polenta: velvety, delicate, perfectly balanced. The cheek dish was simply delicious. My wife had the pizzoccheri and found them authentic, home-made, and truly delicious. We also attended the event for the night of San Lorenzo: impeccable organization, with a wine bag that allowed us to enjoy the viewpoint at the Volta Lighthouse and a spectacular sunset over Como. An experience we will remember for a long time. I went by car because it's small, but due to the narrow road, I highly recommend the cable car from Como: they also organize a shuttle that takes you to the restaurant. Convenient and charming. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, quaint location. Some prices are a bit high for water and cover charge, but overall the place is definitely worth it. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

14/07/2026: We went for lunch on Saturday and had a great time. The place was nice and welcoming, the staff very helpful. We had excellent pizzas, very thin and tasty. I had the seafood paella, which was really good and plentiful, so much so that we ordered a take-home lunch box 🤣.

05/07/2026: Convenient to get to, with an outdoor public parking area. Since they also offer takeout, I ordered paella for two. They gave me a choice between two options: seafood only or mixed. I chose the mixed. Delivery was on time, two sturdy individual takeout containers with tight-fitting lids, generous portions, and excellent value. Most importantly, it was good, in fact, delicious. So, today, only compliments!!!

29/07/2026: We came as a family to celebrate an anniversary, and I must say it was a truly excellent experience. The food was delicious and anything but ordinary. The chef creates truly delicious dishes with unique pairings. Even if an ingredient might seem off-putting at first glance, it's actually what completes the dish and makes it unique, like his gnocchi with lamb ragù and candied fruit. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good food, as I find it a wonderful discovery. We were delighted not only by the food during our evening, but also by the company of the owner, who was particularly attentive to our needs and guided us in pairing the right wines with our chosen dishes. Truly a 10/10 experience.

03/08/2026: I was looking for a little place where I could be immersed in nature, mingling with some animals, and also eat well... and I found it!! This restaurant is fantastic. It's inside a riding stable, so there are lots of horses as well as other animals, like turkeys, doves, pigs, and goats! I was pleasantly surprised because it's also wonderful for children, who can roam freely and discover so many wonderful things! The food is out of this world! We went for lunch and had a wonderful meal! Top-quality ingredients and generous quantities, plus the plating was truly exquisite! The waitresses are incredibly kind and courteous! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone!! It's truly a little gem in Ispra! We'll definitely be back!

08/07/2026: Wonderful experience after the restaurant reopening. Cosy atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food, compliments to the chef! We have tried the tasting menu, many dishes, yet, there was no chance not to try them all - it was quite an experience! Highly recommend this little gem in Selino Alto!
