The staff took care of us with truly rare courtesy and expertise. They handled every detail of the reception, leaving us to simply enjoy the party. The private room overlooking the garden was beautifully decorated. The quality of the food was the real highlight! The menu was perfectly designed, with the freshest ingredients and balanced flavors. All our guests expressed great appreciation for the refinement and quality of the dishes. The location is splendid, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a family celebration. 01/11/2025: The staff is welcoming, just the right amount of staff, and the menu, though currently limited, is good, well-presented, and very tasty. The atmosphere is cozy, rustic, and tastefully decorated, immersing you in the atmosphere of the stables from the moment you walk into the dining room. I recommend it for a tasty meal, made with excellent ingredients, in a rustic, welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly return.

30/10/2025: Very rustic atmosphere, quite comfortable, there is no crowd 'between the tables', even the noise of the people was acceptable, for the food, for what we ate (cold cuts-cheese platter and grilled meat) - very good, also the house wine good, only flaw, but not important, a bit too long between one course and the other, anyway I recommend it

01/11/2025: We had dinner this evening. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the staff, all very young, were extremely kind and truly professional without being intrusive. I absolutely recommend stopping for dinner here, especially since you get to sit overlooking the lake! Congratulations to everyone!

12/09/2025: Just arrived in Italy and had such a delicious meal! The linguine with fennel, orange, and shrimp is to die for, and the pistachio lava cake melts in your mouth. 10/10!

25/10/2025: When my friend and I were staying in Desenzano in June, Al Fattore quickly became our go-to for dinner. It stood out amoungst the other more generic and tourist-trappy restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly, efficient and flexible, which coupled with delicious and very well priced food and drinks (the €5 Aperol was the favourite) made for a great experience. They were very accomodating even when busy and never rushed us for a clear table, we stayed until closing a few times. Enjoyed ourselves very much, and we hope to be back! Thankyou!

07/10/2025: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I found the room clean, simple, and nice. The hotel's location is strategic for exploring Livigno's city center. We also had the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant, where everything was very good.
