29/08/2025: It was a great experience! I was lucky enough to be assigned a table by the lake. The view was amazing and the night was beautiful. The lovely woman at the door greeted me warmly, though I didn't get her name. I'm so grateful to her! The waiters, Newm and Mudy, were also very friendly and attentive. The tiramisu was delicious, the Aperol Spritz was also tasty, and the gnocchi were also delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try!

19/05/2025: Very positive experience, there were 8 of us for lunch and each guest enjoyed what was served, special dishes with very sophisticated combinations. Small and elegant environment but the friendliness and competence of those who served us certainly completed the beautiful experience, naturally highly recommended.

21/08/2025: That we were delighted is an understatement. We are guests in the apartment "above the Posta," and on our first evening, we happily accepted the offer to dine at the restaurant with a special menu for guests. What more can we say? The following evenings, we couldn't help but indulge. Four dinners, and not a single dish we didn't enjoy. The dishes are delicious and never boring, preceded by an entrée that's never the same and always meticulously crafted. Even dessert is preceded by a dessert sampler that perfectly complements the meal. We've left each evening feeling satisfied and fulfilled. We're also enjoying breakfast, and that too is an experience worth savouring. When you come to the Posta, you feel pampered in every way, from the food to the recommended wine. The property is very pleasant and discreet in the right way. Top-notch service in an environment that is elegant but not pretentious, more than pleasant. We'll definitely be back to indulge.

06/08/2025: It might be a bit "out of the way" compared to the restaurants in the city center, but it's deservedly well-rated. We had a delicious pizza. July 28, 2025; we ate there again today; it's also highly rated on TripAdvisor. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The pizzas were delicious again.

25/08/2025: Friendly and attentive service. The place is clean and tidy, with a lovely outdoor area and a singer. The food presentation was excellent. We had pizzoccheri served on a very distinctive plate, and Haidi's grandfather's tagliolini, which were delicious, made with pancetta and parmesan shavings, tomatoes, and radicchio. The fruit salad with ice cream was truly rich in fruit. Prices were average.

23/08/2025: We visited this restaurant this evening, my first time there, and it was a pleasant surprise, not only for the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail, but also for the delightful welcome "tagliatelle" (a small piece of tagliatelle)—a truly classy touch. The skewer was truly spectacular, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by a lemon and bay leaf "salina" that gave the game just the right acidity, giving it that extra something. I would have loved to try all the desserts, but I was intrigued by the Braulio sorbet, which was truly remarkable. Well, I'd say we have all the ingredients, at least for us, to give it a full 5 stars, with further compliments to Chef Luca and the entire staff. I can't wait to return!

22/08/2025: Very nice and welcoming place, breathtaking view, but it's a shame that the booking service wasn't up to par with the place itself. They told us that it wasn't possible to book a table for the aperitif while when we went to the place, the sofas were all booked... no comment

20/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a black-and-white experience. The location was amazing, as always, and the drinks were standard, so they were easy to make. The service, however, was TOTALLY UNFORGETTABLE: 20 minutes to take the order, another 20 to deliver it, a waiter literally stopping by every 15 minutes to check if we were finished, and 10 minutes at the cash register to pay, with two waiters mumbling among themselves without paying attention to us… not exactly the best for a place like this.

01/08/2025: Un’esperienza culinaria davvero fantastica. Dalla prima forchettata dell’antipasto (petali di lardo su patata) all’ultima cucchiaiata del semifreddo è stata una meraviglia gustativa. Lo spiedino di manzo era cotto alla perfezione, le tagliatelle fatte in casa ai mirtilli erano buonissimi. Non posso che consigliare assolutamente il ristorante. Menù fisso visto che fa anche da albergo, mi ha dato l’opportunità di scoprire nuove ricette, e farmi sorprendere. La presentazione anche sempre da 4*. Cordialissima. Bravi!

17/08/2025: Very good and unique, this is my third time at Eritrean. I have to say, the selection of dishes outside of the main course is limited. The atmosphere is nice, although it does feel a bit like a playground restaurant.

08/08/2025: The only Ethiopian and Eritrean food that is tasty, flavourful, and well served. The place is quite unique, cozy and inviting. The hosts are welcoming and offered us Ethiopian spice tea.

18/08/2025: We went last week with our 5-year-old son. Excellent porcini mushroom risotto, homemade tagliatelle with ragù, and I recommend the charcoal-baked pizza with scampi and buffalo mozzarella, delicious. Friendly, fast service, modern, and very charming atmosphere.

24/07/2025: We spent three nights in Chiavenna and ate at this restaurant twice. The pizzas are truly excellent. But we were particularly impressed by the pasta dishes with mussels or fish. They also had a good wine selection. Fair value for money.
