25/07/2026: My move deserved a film crew. Last Monday, I moved to Villaggio Adriano, and the trip was something between a comedy and Noah's Ark: in the car were me, my son, my brother, two cats, a dog, and a rabbit. All that was missing was the giraffes, and we could have docked directly on Mount Ararat. After hours of traveling, we arrived at 9:40 PM, tired, hungry, and certain that everything would be closed. Instead, fate had decided to give me a gift: the Cardinal Lounge. I walked in almost apologetically, because they were closing, and asked if it was still possible to get three takeout pizzas. They could have said no. It would have been understandable. Instead, they looked at me, saw my face, the castaway of the move, and, with a kindness that is increasingly rare these days, they went back to making them. The next day, I went back to thank them. Then I went back again. And then again. Because the beauty of the Cardinal Lounge isn't just the delicious food. It's the atmosphere that makes you let your guard down, strike up a conversation with those around you, and feel welcome even if you've just arrived in a city where you don't know anyone. Moving means leaving behind pieces of your life and starting over. Finding a place like this, on my first night, was a small gift of fate. I'm convinced that the Cardinal Lounge will become my Tivoli refuge, the place to go when I want to eat well, have a laugh, and feel a little more at home. Thank you to the owners for not seeing a last-minute guest, but someone who needed a little welcome. Sometimes it's precisely these gestures that make the difference. And, after all, the first people who made me feel truly welcome in Tivoli were you.

31/03/2026: The hotel was in a nice quiet neighborhood & the museum & park were walking distance. Front desk gave great recommendations for dinner & doorman was super kind & helpful. The hotel was doing some remodeling & downstairs bar area was musty… but im sure that has been corrected after the construction. Would definitely return!

06/08/2026: Very nice breakfast plates Toast prosciutto And yogurt was very tasty Yogurt was a little bit small but very nice in the taste and as a plate Percfecto breakfast! The only thing i will change in marzapane is that I wanted some music and some open windows

24/07/2026: Incredible views of the Vatican and the city of Rome but the service was lacking and the set menu of appetizers that came with our reservation were unremarkable, especially for the set price of 50 euros/person.

23/07/2026: A friend and I decided to have a drink on the terrace. We ordered a bottle of wine and were brought taralli and olives. Since I'm celiac, I only asked for olives, which arrived in a small container with a spoon, which I later discovered was covered in chocolate. I pointed this out to a waiter, who apologized without bothering to bring the olives back this time in a clean container, perhaps with a clean spoon... I expected a higher level of attention; not even at a street kiosk do they serve you like this.

01/08/2026: The location is certainly prestigious, and the service is attentive. I wasn't thrilled with the food, but having attended a large aperitivo, I might not have had a correct impression.

09/08/2026: As a first time tourist in Rome, I highly suggest eating here! The service was fantastic, we do not speak Italian and the staff took the time to use Google Translate to ensure a great experience. If you’re looking for an authentic dinner, I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Our waitress asked us what we wanted to eat and we told her we trusted her judgement and she did not disappoint! We had an amazing spread of food and the service was phenomenal. 10/10 on timing and food. The lemon sorbet at the end of the meal was perfect!

09/08/2026: Never got service here because the lady would not serve us because we had three very good children with us. We were not allowed inside so we walked away as she spoke to us and then pretended like we weren't there

07/02/2026: A charming place! Very good and carefully prepared food. Quick and friendly service. The place isn't very large, so you might only find a table at certain times, and it can get noisy, especially on weekends, due to the crowds. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back. I recommend booking.

05/07/2026: Yesterday we went to this restaurant, which we found by chance. It was one of those dinners we'll never forget, it was so good!!! I think I ate one of the best seafood salads I've ever had. My boyfriend had the raw fish of the day, which was a true explosion of flavor. Everything was delicious! I only regret not taking photos of the dishes, but the presentation was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and truly skilled, congratulations to everyone. We'll definitely be back!
