23/03/2026: The restaurant in Rome that we chose for my husband's birthday was an excellent choice, especially since we traveled from Greece for this special occasion. The food was truly delicious, with thoughtful flavors and beautiful presentation. The place was spotlessly clean and very well-kept, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The staff stood out for their kindness and service, making us feel particularly welcome. The highlight of the evening was the unique view of the Vatican, which made the experience even more special and romantic. It was an unforgettable evening that we will definitely repeat!

20/03/2026: I tried the 2 course menu, me and my girlfriend. I booked a table for her birthday, but apart from the glass of champagne and the very impeccable staff, the food was not really a strong point, not at all. As you can see, the meat was too undercooked, I gave it back, the risotto, very very salty, and I am a taster of even salt, and the beef with colorful vegetables, absolutely no taste. The only product with taste, the cow's tail, which is nothing to complain about, very tasty, , here a double +. but unfortunately it does not cover the experience.

18/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant-pizzeria in Tivoli, Villa Adriana. My boyfriend and I found it somewhat by chance, but it was a wonderful discovery!! The setting is richly decorated and furnished, the dishes are varied and very tasty, the prices are super affordable, and the service is friendly and attentive. We tried three different pizzas and a first course, all delicious and plentiful ☺️ We'll definitely be back!! Best regards from the two guys from Rome 🌸

30/04/2026: A guarantee. Excellent food, and I'm always satisfied even though I can't eat chili. The meat is delicious, as are the vegetables. The spiced tea is a must-try.

11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 31/03/2026: The hotel was in a nice quiet neighborhood & the museum & park were walking distance. Front desk gave great recommendations for dinner & doorman was super kind & helpful. The hotel was doing some remodeling & downstairs bar area was musty… but im sure that has been corrected after the construction. Would definitely return!

02/03/2026: The atmosphere is pleasantly unconventional, in keeping with the adjacent hotel (they are managed separately, but complement each other). The cuisine is largely Roman, lightened and presented with an international flair, expertly executed. Excellent service.

10/04/2026: I dined at Hi-Res in Rome and the experience was simply extraordinary. Everything was perfect, from start to finish. We started with top-quality raw fish: oysters, scampi, and Mazara prawns, all fresh and of exceptional quality. This was followed by truly amazing fettuccine with cuttlefish and nduja, balanced and rich in flavor. The cod fritters were so light and delicious they didn't even taste fried. The meagre was spectacular: cooked to perfection and enhanced by excellent ingredients. Making the evening even more special was a memorable Philipponnat Clos des Goisses champagne. Impeccable service, great professionalism, and truly incredible attention to detail. A top-notch experience that is definitely worth experiencing.

06/04/2026: A great place, but what prompted me to write this review is the exquisite service from both Nicolás and Pablo's wine recommendation; two wonderful, friendly waiters who made my time at Hi Res wonderful.

02/01/2026: Undoubtedly the best place in Parioli! Wonderful wine cellar, luxurious location, and excellent service! From aperitif to dinner, and even after dinner, everything was wonderful! The ribeye steak is wonderful, worthy of applause.

20/12/2025: Well-known in Rome, this is a great place for aperitivo. Nothing special for food...but good, average, and expensive.

04/05/2026: I went here for a first date, and I have to say it went great! The food was exquisite, as was the waitress who served us throughout the meal. At the end, the chef introduced himself to the guests and shared his vision of cooking. Highly recommended if you want to escape Rome for a day and experience meticulously prepared, carefully prepared cuisine.

27/04/2026: We ended up here by mistake... but we'd definitely go back... We were traveling and looking for a place to have lunch. We popped in to ask and were greeted by a very kind young lady who, despite it being a holiday (April 25th) with a fixed menu, understood that we had little time and quickly accommodated us, seating us in the dining room and bringing us superb appetizers and grilled meat. The price was decidedly low for the quality and quantity of the food and the expertise of the waitresses, all very kind and attentive. It's a beautiful place to spend time beyond the meal, and the meat was excellent. I thank them again for their kindness and hospitality.
