25/04/2025: Historic restaurant, very characteristic. Exquisite food. Very informal but pleasant atmosphere. For the service, you don't have to rush, but the wait is rewarded by the excellent food. Ideal in summer, because they have a very nice covered garden

20/04/2025: We discovered this place by chance, in the Garbatella district which is a spectacle! We breathed and tasted the real ROME! The owner is kind and friendly, the cuisine is crazy, with portions that warm the heart. Thank you for this memorable lunch on Easter day! Warm greetings from the Turin family!

08/04/2025: In my opinion the Pot Pourri pizza is among the best in Rome. I put it in the Olympus together with the famous pizzerias of Trastevere and the centre. The cost is about the same as a pizza. Keep it up!

We’ve been a group of 7 people and we’ve never been waiting too long. We highly recommend this place. Very good food, especially with such service.

20/05/2025: Small hotel, in residential area. Kind attentive staff and great breakfast each morning. The cocktail lounge in the basement is swish decadent and a nice area to relax after a day of touring. If you book a third bed for a jr suite ensure the mattress is deep and comfortable as it’s a sofa bed.

07/05/2025: Everything about this hotel was lovely, the rooms were great, the location was perfect (not far from town and a nice and quiet neighborhood) and the food really good. But what made it all worth it and an even better experience was the staff. Everyone, was so nice, helpful and welcoming. Especially Ivan and Letitia at the front desk who gave us the best tips and locations in Rome. I can’t remember the rest of the staff’s name but they were all incredible. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.

24/04/2025: Excellent atmosphere, place with attention to detail; genuine and delicious dishes. Absolutely try the fried foods (vegetables and panzerotti), the ravioli and the suckling pig, to conclude with a sublime panna cotta. Thank you Luisa and Massimiliano for your welcome and friendliness and above all for the passion you put into what you do.

04/05/2025: We were truly disappointed with our experience at Hi-Res despite its beautiful setting. The restaurant was not busy, yet the service was incredibly slow — our starters arrived nearly an hour after we were seated. We ordered a virgin mojito and were served what tasted like plain lemon water. The seafood spaghetti had an unpleasant smell and was impossible to enjoy. Definitely not what we expected from a restaurant with such high ratings.

20/03/2025: I was there for a 40th birthday, welcoming place, friendly staff and very tasty food.

17/03/2025: We decide with a friend to have a bite to eat and this place comes to mind, which many say is worth visiting. So in no time we book a table for lunch. I already know the place (it used to be a German pub) but I hadn't yet had the pleasure of being their guest for lunch. "Their guest" because the owners are affable and kind people who know how to make their customers feel good by making them feel at ease. This preamble is to say that the staff here knows how to work and consequently also how to cook. In fact, food is an expression of the territory, with tasty and quality dishes. We opted for an "aperi-rib" menu consisting of an appetizer of cured meats and cheese, two pasta omelettes, red wine for two and a beautiful one-kg rib-eye, beautifully broiled and cooked to perfection. Needless to say, the meat was tender and really good. I can't give a direct opinion on anything else because our menu didn't include other courses; but I can assure you that the dishes of the neighbors at the table were beautifully plated and looked really tasty. And what was no less important were the portions. Finally a place where even if you get a first course, you will receive a dish of the right proportions and not those "miserable" things that you now see everywhere. Well assorted wine cellar, as well as the selection of meat; matured in a visible cell and from which you can choose your own steak. What can I say? I definitely recommend this place (to which I will return). Thanks to all the staff for delighting us with your cuisine and your hospitality. Ps. Prices more than fair 💯

25/05/2025: Lovely view of Rome and Vatican City. The food was tasty and the drinks were very good. Not a place for someone on a budget, but worth it.

23/05/2025: The place itself is nice and the cats, although few compared to any other cat-cafe/bistro I've been to previously, are an absolute added value. Unfortunately the owner, based on my direct experience, is grumpy, lacks etiquette and does not interact with customers in a polite and respectful manner. Nothing to say about the rest of the staff, who are instead kind and easy-going. I will not give this place another chance and in all honesty I do not recommend it.

05/04/2025: I had dinner with my children, this restaurant was a nice surprise. I love Eritrean/Ethiopian cuisine and I am a connoisseur, I must say the good quality of the dishes and excellent service, I recommend separate dishes and not a single dish. The place is very welcoming and tribal with ample parking available nearby. Bon appetit everyone

11/04/2025: Poor quality food, even the mozzarella from the starter was not fresh, first courses with white ragù with a bad smell and flavour, belly used for packages with rancid artichokes, roast consisting of 1 slice of pork belly like a porchetta, a disappointment!
