07/12/2025: Historic pizzeria and restaurant; reinvented several times since the 1990s, it continues to maintain the same level of quality as always. Above-average prices; a liter of house wine is €15 and a service charge of €2 per person (NCSP)! Recommended if you're on a budget.
05/12/2025: I had a giant pizza with multiple flavors: delicious! The restaurant has been renovated, but I find the €2 service charge per person excessive.
The pizza maker is always superb.

05/10/2025: We had pizzas for dinner at the campsite restaurant because we were tired. They were good, but nothing special.
13/09/2025: Tea and coffee were served with dirty spoons. They changed them 3 times but still did not give a clean spoon. It seems to me that when spoons are returned because they are dirty, the next spoon should be checked before giving it to the customer, and not take away the dirty spoon and give a dirty spoon again. The spoon is not just a stain, but the remains of some cream

16/11/2025: The room was quite small, but the bathroom was nice and had a magnifying mirror for those who don't see well without glasses. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. For dessert, they have pan maridoso, a classic from Rome, and it was delicious. The restaurant has a spectacular view for lunch and dinner, which is also very good, along with the wines. The hotel has an excellent location for getting around to different parts of the city.
15/11/2025: A very disappointing hotel experience, not because of the location or the staff, but because of the room and the noise. The room was an acceptable size, but the walls were dirty, especially the bathroom, which had blood on the wall. The shower curtain was filthy, and the television didn't have satellite channels, so we had to watch them on our phones during our stay, all of them Italian channels, no matter how many times we tried to tune in. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and it's very important that El Corte Inglés, who included it in our package, even though we asked them to check it based on the reviews we saw on Booking.com, supervises the hotels they partner with. As a result, I, at least, will never trust anything they offer me again.

24/11/2025: Not the best pizza in Rome, but good, giant spritzes. Plenty of seating, both inside and out. A bit chaotic when it's crowded; they need numbers.

30/06/2025: I stopped here once before Castel Sant’Angelo, on Via della Conciliazione. The coffee was okay, probably because they use Illy brand. I had one espresso and one orange juice al banco (no table service), and they charged me €6.90. I still don’t understand how that was calculated.
The orange juice wasn’t fresh and the glass was only 2/3 full.
But the worst part was the attitude of the two baristas – no hello, no “please”, just a very rude and arrogant way of dealing with people.
I’ve honestly never seen a place with so many bad reviews. That made me feel like my experience wasn’t just a one-time thing. Seems like most people are unhappy with the quality and service.
The location is amazing, but sadly, like many places near tourist landmarks, they don’t care about quality or customer experience. It feels more like a tourist trap.
14/06/2025: Ordered 1 bruschetta that didn’t have a price, got 2 instead (and charged) then got charged for 2 prossuito and cheese and spent $90 on this crap. The waiter insisted on a tip ina country that doesn’t require tips and got upset when I handed him my change for him standing at the door. Awful service, crap food and wasn’t worth the air conditioning we wanted to pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE

19/05/2025: Come abitudine , siamo soliti venire a pranzo in questa mensa gestiti dai frati. Il motivo principale sta nel fatto che questa “ mensa” è ubicata vicino ai nostri uffici.
