16/03/2026: Everything is fine. A shower holder in the bathroom would be nice. The Wi-Fi in the room is weak.
15/03/2026: Extremely run-down, the ceiling was heavily moldy, and the shower door was missing. We didn't get the room we booked. The room smelled awful, was dirty and grimy, and the staff was unhelpful. The location was the only positive. Compared to other hotels offering the same amenities, it was significantly worse. It's not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

28/02/2026: The waitress was unbearable, rude, and treated us badly. We went for an aperitif; there were three platters to choose from, but she told us we could only get the basic one. When I said I wanted the other, the waitress started getting angry, saying I'd have to wait three hours, forcing my friends to get the basic one. AWFUL EXPERIENCE; the drink wasn't included, but I was forced to order it, and they had run out of chairs, so one of us had to stand.
31/01/2026: We went to Gianfornaio for a birthday party and were disappointed because, being in the EUR district, we weren't expecting such a low-quality aperitivo. The pizza platter was completely cold, and the Spritz was watered down and practically just ice. The place is also nice, but considering the service, the quality of the products we tried, and the price, it's an absolute FAIL.

24/02/2026: Extremely rude staff. We enter through a broken and faulty "automatic" door, and instead of worrying about our safety, the cashier warns us to be careful not to break it. A very precarious wheelchair ramp at the entrance does the rest. We order a coffee and a pastry: the waiter picks up the pastry WITH HIS BARE HANDS and places it on the coffee saucer. There you go, you eat that, and now you'll watch the sliding door close, bidding farewell to past customers. Terrible, rude, and dirty.
29/12/2025: The croissants and pizzas are good. Unfortunately, the croissants are small and the toppings are minimal. The cappuccino is good, but the coffee isn't. The person making the coffee is already out of breath by mid-day.

30/06/2025: I stopped here once before Castel Sant’Angelo, on Via della Conciliazione. The coffee was okay, probably because they use Illy brand. I had one espresso and one orange juice al banco (no table service), and they charged me €6.90. I still don’t understand how that was calculated.
The orange juice wasn’t fresh and the glass was only 2/3 full.
But the worst part was the attitude of the two baristas – no hello, no “please”, just a very rude and arrogant way of dealing with people.
I’ve honestly never seen a place with so many bad reviews. That made me feel like my experience wasn’t just a one-time thing. Seems like most people are unhappy with the quality and service.
The location is amazing, but sadly, like many places near tourist landmarks, they don’t care about quality or customer experience. It feels more like a tourist trap.
14/06/2025: Ordered 1 bruschetta that didn’t have a price, got 2 instead (and charged) then got charged for 2 prossuito and cheese and spent $90 on this crap. The waiter insisted on a tip ina country that doesn’t require tips and got upset when I handed him my change for him standing at the door. Awful service, crap food and wasn’t worth the air conditioning we wanted to pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE

11/03/2026: I would like the restaurant to return to the way it was 6/7 years ago. When you enter you find yourself in a great atmosphere with friendly and kind staff and the food is good....,. Nice entertainment from the owner, with the right timing obviously! And wonderful company also with the presence of furry friends. 🐈⬛🐕＼(^_^)／
