04/08/2024: On evite,et souvant avec raison,les resto d'hotel. Ce n'est pas le cas ici,ou la cuisine et le service sont tres correct. Il est vrai que nous sommes dans un palace!

07/07/2024: I had lunch, dinner and breakfast in this restaurant, having stayed in the connected hotel. Excellent cuisine, light, genuine, with tasty vegetarian dishes. Service present without being invasive. Windows facing the sea. The quality remains high even for breakfast,

15/07/2024: This time I exaggerated, I gave a whole star! The food is less than mediocre, I have no idea what oil they use for cooking, but it is certainly a friend of your cholesterol. The service is worthy of a soup kitchen (sorry for the comparison, but it is certainly better there). The environment is modest, but decorous. The owner is the most rude and rude thing you can imagine, and with your imagination you can't even come close. As for the portions and prices, I'll leave you a surprise if you dare to try it. At the cost of grazing the grass in the meadows I will never go there again.

19/08/2024: While wandering around the center of Trieste we stumbled upon this place. Outside table, excellent food and service provided by young and professional staff, without being either absent or too intrusive during dinner. Tasty burgers, the various ingredients feel distinct but also blended in the mouth. I recommend it!
