One of the few places open in Easter week - it caters to a lot of tourists but the staff are pleasant and the fopd went down very nicely :-)

On Sunday 24th I was in Trieste with my family at lunchtime and I came across this historic bar-restaurant establishment. The place was full and there was a lot of confusion so we sat in the internal room which was also full The menu is varied, average food nothing exceptional The thing that surprised us was that there was only one girl managing the entire bar and beverage counter and she was able to handle everything on her own despite a coming and going of people with speed and professionalism, a very flexible and kind element. Compliments.

GREETINGS. I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE LUNCH WITH YOU ON SUNDAY 24/03, I WOULD SAY EXCELLENT FOOD. BUT WHAT ASTONISHED ME MOST IS THE EFFICIENCY OF THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO HAS BEEN ABLE TO "HANDLE" MANAGE ALL THE CUSTOMERS AS IT WERE NOTHING.CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN. We went on the carnival evening, we had a great time, the environment is quite spartan but it's pleasant because you feel at home, there is also the possibility of seeing the matches for lovers, the food is very good and considering that it is 1 step away from Piazza della Borsa it is also convenient. The staff is super friendly and also flexible in varying the dishes and advising you (on this occasion the fireman greets and thanks Stitch), the pork is good and the cooked ham cut with a knife and the potatoes in the pan are excellent.

In the contrast of most of the reviews I have read, the service wasn’t that bad. They served us pretty fast and the food was good. Indoor, you can buy cigarets and stuff like that, so that was pretty interesting.

21/02/2024: In a very good location, close to the city center and the sea. It was a bit noisy, because the kebab shop on the corner imagines itself as a dj, and it was disturbing until midnight, even with the window closed.
