10/09/2024: It may have been the wrong day but it looked more like a truck stop than a mountain refuge. Flip-flops with Chiwawas in tow, leather moccasins coming out of Porsches parked in front of the entrance to the "shelter", bikers with motorbikes always lined up in front of the aforementioned entrance that not even in the American province you find so many all together. For the rest, very good dishes, courtesy and speed which was not to be taken for granted with all those people. Prices normal.
09/09/2024: Welcoming and well-kept refuge where the young managers' passion and respect for the mountains stands out both in terms of the care of the premises and the cuisine with typical dishes and refined, quality ingredients (notable "the uncultivated ones"). The work is completed by the friendliness and preparation of the staff, the panorama with the mini-excursion in the greenery around the refuge with various anecdotes along the route and the stop in front of the enclosure of the sociable alpacas

11/08/2024: I returned to Gradisca after 28 years full of emotions and I chose to come to the fiefdoms where the emotions have significantly increased, a welcome from other times, an enchanting place immersed in peace, excellent food and wine, truly a fantastic experience to absolutely repeat, perhaps by booking a room

01/11/2024: Dieses bürgerliche Lokal bietet gute Speisen zu Mittag an zu einem färem Preis. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und die weiteren Gäste im Lokal liessen auf Einheimische schliessen.
Ich würde nicht extra nach Monfalcone wegen diesem Lokal fahren aber wenn ich wieder dort wäre würden ich definitiv dort wieder zu Mittag speisen.
20/10/2024: Discreto nel complesso.sabbie nelle capelunghe e vongole.mi sarei aspettato che il titolare avendolo saputo si fosse comportato diversamente.

07/12/2024: Personalmente ho trovato la pizza senza infamia e senza lode.
Ciò che più mi ha infastidito è stata la pressione da parte dei camerieri per portare via i piatti.. noi avevamo un bimbo di 2 anni che ovviamente mangia più lentamente di noi adulti, ogni 2 minuti tornava per chiedere se poteva portare via il piatto nonostante vedesse il bimbo con ancora le fette di pizza in bocca.
Mediocri da ogni punto di vista

09/10/2024: Il ristorante ora si chiama La Barchessa villa Nachini, è una location molto curata e carina con un'atmosfera intima, il personale quasi tutto al femminile è molto cordiale e gentile, propongono un menù ed una cantina del territorio con piatti rivisitati e appetitosi come pure i dolci di loro produzione. Altro particolare viene soddisfatta la vista e la pancia. Brave ci rivedremo. Particolare non secondario animali ben accolti.
06/10/2024: Posto molto carino e personale molto cordiale. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato buono ma non speciale. Il grande problema in generale è stata l’attesa. Abbiamo ordinato verso l’una (tre antipasti, due primi e due secondi) e finito di mangiare alle 15:20. Anche agli altri tavoli abbiamo visto tante facce infastidite che guardavano insistentemente la porta della cucina aspettando i propri piatti. Merita una visita, ma siate preparati alla lunga attesa!
