02/01/2026: Easily the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. My wife and I had the tasting menu with the accompanying wine pairings. Every course was incredible. The ingredients were extremely high quality and fresh, and the preparations were exquisite. The atmosphere was delightful, and Chef Maurizio was a fabulous host, making the evening truly memorable. I cannot recommend Macallè highly enough!

25/10/2025: Abundance, quality, affordability. One of the few places in Ortigia that can truly boast the luxury of being described with these adjectives. The location certainly isn't the best, but what's the point of having a sea view if you can already taste it on your plate?
25/09/2025: Spectacular restaurant, incredibly kind owners, and amazing food on a beautiful street in Ortigia, a jewel of an island. We ate wonderfully. I highly recommend it to everyone.

30/07/2023: Era un ottimo ristorante di pesce, e ci andavamo spesso a cenare. A mio parere è stata una scelta pessima cambiare attività, e imbattersi in qualcosa che non si è in grado di fare, come in questo caso le pizze. Vi consiglierei di tornare quello che eravate, ma meglio di prima.

26/04/2025: Dopo aver visitato il museo del lavoro contadino (consigliato) abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare un tavolo in questo ristorante. Praticamente siamo andati al buio ma il giudizio finale è positivo. Abbiamo ordinato più che altro primi ed un secondo oltre a patatine e dolci e della ricotta che, pur non essendo di pecora, era buona ( anzi il dolce era ottimo) . Insomma non siamo rimasti per niente delusi, anzi, abbiamo pranzato bene e, se capiterà, torneremo volentieri. Tutto buono, compreso il servizio veloce ed efficiente. Prezzi onesti .
03/03/2025: La mia prima volta da Sorsi e Morsi...e non sarà l'ultima...è un piccolo ristorante pizzeria nel piccolo comune di Buscemi. Ovviamente è una realtà a gestione familiare, bisogna prenotare prima...ma vi assicuro che vi troverete benissimo. I proprietari sono nel settore della ristorazione da molto tempo e lo chef Paolo sa il fatto suo... mangiarete prodotti di qualità, del territorio preparati per valorizzare tutto con un esplosione di sapori unici. Lasciatelo fare e vi stupirà.
