15/03/2026: One of my favorite places One of my favorite places, not just in Altamura, but in general. The quality is truly top-notch, and every time it's a unique sensory experience where Chef Donato Calvi amazes you with each of his creations. My favorite dishes are the spaghetti experience, the savory panettone/colomba, the fake risotto, the marrow with tartare, and the gelato with warm brioche. My wife, on the other hand, is captivated by the artichoke with sour cream, but I recommend trying them all because they're truly worth it.

31/03/2026: Excellent food, a small misunderstanding with the wine, but otherwise all four of us were satisfied. I'm not a local, otherwise I'd gladly return.
