14/10/2024: Posto in periferia, ma la sorpresa non è solo questa, una volta all’interno si entra in una straordinaria residenza di qualità e professionalità, pizza con impasto contemporaneo, ricercatezza dei prodotti di altissimo livello. Con la mia ragazza ho ordinato delle chips viola, 2 pizze e una bottiglia di Vino rosso per un totale di €77.00. Di sicuro non è la solita pizzeria; è un posto per gente che sa come e soprattutto cosa mangiare. Da ritornarci, al 100%.❤️

02/10/2024: It's a shame I can't give zero stars, as I haven't tasted the pizza. We had a reservation and, not being from Altamura, unfortunately we arrived 20 minutes late. I understand our mistake, even if unfortunately it can happen when you travel on a Saturday, but I don't understand the rudeness in laughing in our faces saying that they had taken away our table. We were literally chased away with no alternatives, but above all we would have appreciated the concern to warn us of this eventuality, also because I repeat we came to Altamura on purpose. We also witnessed another scene: 15 people with reservations treated with the same insolence, scolded in a truly rude way, also because they had to warn for a stroller. I think that if you find yourself managing such a small place and you aren't even capable, you should change jobs!!! Goodbye PS: we arrived at 8.50pm not 9.20pm and I even admitted the mistake but this doesn't justify you. I don't enjoy or gain anything from saying false things in a review, but you have only lost customers. I advise you to take criticism better because it can be constructive to improve your service, rather than responding badly to all the negative reviews.
