28/12/2024: Visited during a trip to the Langhe between Christmas and New Year. Well-kept and quiet place in the historic center of Alba. Really quality food and friendly, attentive service. I recommend the truly exceptional Barolo risotto
08/12/2024: The environment is beautiful. Super truffle tagliolini. Definitely worth returning and not just for the truffles.

Kochkurs bei Chef war genial! super freundlich und lehrreich.
Die Hotelzimmer gross, teilweise in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und ansprechend.
Frühstück klein und fein mit super Qualität der Produkte. Pool sauber mit schöner Aussicht über Rebberge, ruhig.

Suitable place for dinner and after dinner.
28/10/2024: The difference is made by those..... like the Lady with a capital E (business manager)......
who today, despite the rush hour, left the restaurant to make sure that we too, "a group of 12 family members" passing through without a reservation.....were at ease despite the "congestion" in place due to the congestion of the streets and all the places stormed at lunchtime.
It didn't end there,
Mrs. went well beyond our expectations...
To our amazement we were delighted to share a very welcome recipe.
