28/08/2025: I Due Buoi is set in a beautiful villa surrounded by a park. Walking in, you immediately feel at home, even if it's not a home but a stunning historic villa. Here, the tasting menu is a must to truly experience the chef's vision and skill. We chose the 7-course 'Stile Libero' menu. From amuse-bouche to dessert, every dish followed a clear line of quality and creativity. The standout was the scallop “club sandwich” with grilled bone marrow and caviar: unforgettable. The wine list is extensive, as expected from a restaurant of this standard. Prices are fair for the setting and consistent with a fine dining experience.
Highly recommended if you're looking for haute cuisine at its best.

From amuse-bouche to dessert, every dish followed the same guiding principle of quality and consistency. Above all, the scallop, grilled marrow, and caviar club sandwich was truly memorable. The wine list is very comprehensive, as expected from a restaurant of this caliber. Prices are appropriate for the setting and in keeping with a haute cuisine experience. Recommended for those seeking a fine dining experience!

We had a wonderful time.
The young and knowledgeable staff. We ate à la carte on the terrace at sunset with a stunning view.
The restaurant's interior is enchanting, with an open kitchen. There's a wide selection of local wines!
Kudos to the chef (read his CV!) for a hearty welcome. The homemade bread, served warm with a frothy salted butter, was a real treat, and we simply adored it! Like the pâté dessert, a truly delicious surprise!
It added value to the selection of dishes that didn't disappoint!
We'll be back without a doubt. Well done! 💪🏻
18/08/2025: I've been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a long time, and my expectations were completely met. It's a magical place, with attention to every detail. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and smiling. The dishes are excellent. Their homemade bread is delicious. The pesto-filled gnocchi are fabulous. I've personally been there with friends and family. But I think a nice romantic dinner would be more appropriate.

01/08/2025: Very nice and elegant original Italian villa, surrounded by a nice Italian style garden and swimming pool.
The room are spacious, and there is an ancient elegant feeling in them.
The breakfast is excellent, special thanks to the head manager Mr. Gasparre for his warm welcome and attention to details.

Good size new outdoor pool and nice area around the pool.
Classic room is a good size and I like it more than the smaller Standard room.
There is enough parking.
Breakfast was good, but a few years ago the selection was a bit larger. I have to admit that in every hotel where we have had a repeat visit, the breakfast selection has become a bit smaller compared to previous years.
5 minutes drive from Serravalle Outlet.
No mirror in the room.
No free water in the room, would be very welcome in hot weather.
There was only one free socket in the room and it was also broken.

You wouldn't know it from the outside, but as soon as you enter, you find yourself in a world of ROCK.
We appreciated the attentive and thoughtful service of the waitress, professional and always smiling.
And what can we say about the food? A simple Caesar salad became a gourmet dish... Wonderful.
We will definitely be back...

service. The young waitress who greeted us was beyond professional; she listened to us, offered advice, and was truly impeccable.

06/06/2025: Small but well-kept place and friendly staff, despite the name they don't have a very well-stocked tap list of beer, the 4 or 5 they have I think are all from the same brewery, good but nothing memorable.... On the other hand they have a notable variety of gin... If I had seen it before I would have taken a gin and tonic instead of beer.... Convenient parking in front of the place, ideal for aperitifs or evenings with friends. There is a small stage with a screen I imagine for matches and in theory also live music. I will definitely go back, they also do sandwiches and appetizers

26/06/2025: La locanda dei paoli is truly a wonderful place. We ate very well and to our heart's content! Typically Piedmontese with lots of variety and excellent quality. The place is beautiful with a fantastic view from the terrace. Mrs. Giovanna who served us was kind, friendly and super helpful. As was the chef Paolo. We really enjoyed ourselves, we felt at home! Thanks for everything, we will be back soon!

04/08/2025: We tried it on a Sunday evening, having booked the day before (I always recommend booking); the place was already full at 8:00 PM. We waited at least an hour for pizzas (they also do takeout, so I'm afraid they'll give priority to that), while for restaurant-style dishes, service was quicker. There's a wide selection of meat and fish dishes, and the desserts are decent. Pizzas can be ordered with five different doughs (regular, whole wheat, kamut, five-grain, and gluten-free) for a small surcharge on the menu price. The place is quite noisy, but overall acceptable. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They even have child-friendly amenities. For parking, it's best to walk 100 meters further and leave your car at the top of the Belvedere, as the parking lot in the adjacent square has very few spaces.

Delicious pizza, all kinds of dough, and home delivery. My neighbors and I have started Lunedizza: practically every Monday we get pizza delivered 🍕☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

23/01/2025: Torniamo dopo molto tempo in questo locale famoso per il suo fritto misto piemontese. Che ritroviamo sempre di ottima qualità (forse questa volta servito un pelino freddo). La presenza di una sola cameriera (servizio lento in generale) non giustifica. Mi metto comunque nei panni di questa ragazza che di più non poteva fare… Buoni gli antipasti è il vino locale. Lascio comunque le 5 stelle

29/12/2024: Pessima esperienza. Attirato dalle recensioni positive, siamo stati ieri sera a cenare con amici. Il ristorante si compone di più ambienti separati tutti con accesso dall'esterno. Questo ha fatto si che ogni volta che un cameriere entrasse per servire l'aria gelida di dicembre lo accompagnasse allegramente e nulla poteva la barriera di aria calda sparata dal soffitto. Passando al cibo del menù fisso obbligatorio, antipasto servito in 4 gusci di conchiglia per piatto, stile anni 80. Senza infamia o lodi, ma in seguito scopriremo essere il meglio di tutta la cena. Seguito da una "badilata" di trofie con cozze e poche vongole e schegge di gusci qua e là direttamente dalla padella ai piatti. I secondi abbondanti in quantità, ma anche scarsissimi in qualità avrebbero voluto essere una frittura ed una grigliata di pesce. Mal fritto, mal cotto, mal conservato e chissà forse anche mal congelato... al primo boccone ho lasciato tutto nel piatto. La cena si è conclusa con mandarini, noci e sorbetto!!! In conclusione il top della cena... un ottimo caffè. Conclusione in bellezza, 7 crodini, 7 menù, acqua e vino bianco dozzinale per la modica spesa di 50 euro a persona. Non abbiamo potuto conoscere prima la spesa in quanto nessun menù è stato fornito in visione ne tantomeno la lista allergeni. Un plauso al personale di sala, comunque gentile ed educato. Alla cassa risposte dai toni supponenti e velatamente arroganti alle nostre rimostranze per i vari disagi. Mai più Alen!!! Specialità no comment!!!
