05/04/2024: Incredible hotel in every way. The staff reflects the image of the hotel, taking great care. Even for 1 or 2 nights, to do once in your life, if possible with a lake view. Even the price is high, less exclusive out of season, to be put into perspective because in what we had paid (directly on the hotel's website), we had 2 breakfasts (also high-end worthy of a brunch at 50 euros) and access to the Spa, not to be missed either!

20/03/2024: I've known this place for years, since its first location and the quality is always unparalleled. The entire menu is delicious, the staff is very kind. It's no surprise that it's always packed and you have to book in advance; but it's worth it.

06/05/2024: Attention, if the table exceeds 6 people, the fixed menu is mandatory and has no choice and in any case the choice of meals is very limited.

11/05/2024: Historic venue with ample parking nearby. For us who come from Fossano it's not very convenient... .but when you're there the journey is always really worth it!!! Different varieties of pasta to pair with hundreds of sauces of your choice, always fresh and tasty. the normal dishes are already abundant, but you can choose to take the larger portions and I'll let you imagine them.... The room is nice and welcoming, quite spacious. The staff is friendly and quick, always careful to ensure that nothing is ever missing on the table. The owner is also a kind and smiling person. The restaurant is frequented by an often young clientele but also by families with children or couples. The desserts are also excellent, including the abundant gold. We will be back to try the rest!!!! I recommend calling early enough to reserve a table.

31/03/2024: Place near the Mole, warm and welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home due to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially for families with children. Excellent quality Piedmontese food, we recommend the Piccolo Piemontese with the inevitable vitello tonnato and other local specialties and plin. Good value for money, I recommend it.

05/04/2024: Excellent fish specialty restaurant. In the area their raw fish is certainly the best ever found, excellent cuisine and service, the care in selecting the ingredients is fully appreciated, the menu varies based on what is in season or has been possible to find, if it is on the market. menu is because it is fresh and good. The price is right in relation to the quality, the wine cellar is very large and impeccably selected. The only flaw is the location, it is located in a fairly peripheral area, it has no outdoor seating and from the outside it looks bland, having said that, I must say that once you walk through the door the internal environment is very nice and pleasant.

12/04/2024: We went to have lunch at Madernassa: on a splendid day we had lunch on the terrace. The location as usual is very beautiful, the guys in the room are good, friendly and attentive even to what you don't say. The cuisine is a surprise: imaginative and surprising. Usually a dish emerges positively or negatively even in starred restaurants. This is not the case today, delicious balance everywhere even in recalling the Campania tradition by toning down its more decisive tones. Well done!

30/03/2024: The attention and obsessive research into every single detail that makes up a masterpiece at every course... It's a sensation that delights with every bite. A sincere applause to Chefs Giuseppe and Francesco D'Errico who were able to create a path of pursuit of perfection...and perhaps they really succeeded! The "work" is completed thanks to the passion and preparation demonstrated by the dining room team!

02/04/2024: We stayed just a weekend. Great hospitality, nice host. Basic rooms but clean. I recommend the family room, pratically an apartment, in the front building of the restaurant. Very good restaurant and tasty food (price accordingly). In that way, in my opinion, breakfast could be richer in salty products. Position looked like fine but roads from&to the most known towns of the Langhe aren't comfortable. My mistake.

18/02/2024: Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso ristorante ieri sera con altre 4 coppie di amici....sono rimasta incantata da tutto dal cibo eccezionale alla professionalità del padrone di casa Federico che sa essere un ottimo padrone di casa senza essere invadente. La ragazza che ci ha servito, figlia del proprietario, è stata stupenda bella educata sempre sorridente e gentile ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Tutte le portate che ci sono state servite sono state sublimi x la vista ed il palato ed al termine della serata abbiamo voluto conoscere e ringraziare la chef che ha messo veramente cuore e passione nel fare questo lavoro....mai mangiato così bene ci tornerò sicuramente...complimenti davvero

18/02/2024: Un esperienza sublime …dall’accoglienza, alla presenza del tavolo, per poi passare alla presentazione dei piatti, preparati da una chef eccezionale, qualità eccellente ! Il padrone di casa nonché marito della chef ci ha presentato il menù come una bellissima favola.. amplia e azzeccata scelta dei vini …che dire …bisogna tornarci! Complimenti ancora!

13/05/2024: We were returning from Milan and looking for a pizzeria that also made gluten-free pizzas we stopped to eat here. We were pleasantly impressed by the quality-price and above all by the kindness of the staff. We had a great time and if we are passing through again we will know where to go to eat. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
