09/12/2025: We went there on a sunny quiet day. The service was quick but i found the food to be good not great. Even if the food is not absolutely amazing, you will have a great view on the lake !

07/12/2025: A fantastic hotel with the best views of lake Como. The hotel has the friendliest people I’ve met anywhere in the world. The service is 2nd to none & the room cleanliness is 1st class. This is a classic Italian hotel & restaurant, the suckling pig was number one as well as the rest of the food. This unassuming place delivers more than anyone could expect. 4 or 5 star hotels in my opinion. Thank you for the memorial experience.

01/12/2025: Everything was very well done and refined. Right at reception, two Greek gods, blue eyes, everything so cute, meticulous, everything clean. The rooms were comfortable. The restaurant had excellent prices and top quality. The wine was wonderful. A diverse menu. We loved it. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

19/09/2025: We stopped for a quick pizza and found ourselves at a nice restaurant overlooking the lake. Service was attentive and quick, despite the crowds. The pizza was thin and well-topped; I enjoyed it. We tried the tiramisu, which was very good and seemed very fresh. The person who recommended it to us did us a favor. I'll be back.

06/10/2025: I had an amazing stay - everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding — honestly the best I’ve ever had in Italy! The selection was excellent, freshly pressed juices, locally sourced butter and eggs, and even a great variety of breads. The hotel’s location is perfect, almost directly on the lake, and the restaurant sits right by the water, serving delicious meals. I didn’t even feel the need to try other restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers free sun loungers for guests as well as SUP boards and kayaks, which was a wonderful bonus. I would love to come back!

09/11/2025: The hotel was truly fantastic! The food was also good. Beautiful, green surroundings and the best coral reef in Sharm El-Sheikh. However, the bed, especially the mattress and pillows, unfortunately did not quite live up to the hotel's standard.

18/06/2025: I had the pleasure of photographing a couple at Grand Hotel Imperiale, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel offers a perfect mix of elegance and classic Lake Como charm. Beautiful lake views, stylish interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal setting for wedding photography. Would happily return anytime.

04/11/2025: This review covers the hotel and restaurant. As for the hotel, everything was great. They were very accommodating with many of our special requests. The view and staff are fantastic. I can only say I recommend it. As for the restaurants, we tried many of the options there and everything was delicious, so I can recommend it as well.

20/10/2025: A terrible experience. I'm reluctant to leave a review like that, but I don't like being made fun of. More than an hour's wait for a pizza in a room with less than 10 people. After a couple of requests, a further wait, and an unexpected mockery from a waitress who was probably new to the experience, a prepackaged and raw pizza arrived. We got up and left, paying only for drinks and a cover charge. (And it really takes a lot for me to do something like that.) Maybe this will help the restaurant manager understand that they can definitely do better. Luckily, a little further on, we found a decent restaurant.

11/11/2025: Clean and good price, even for a short stay.

16/10/2025: Totally Unfair Customer treatment! I by accident at the wrong date and they took my money without giving me a chance to change the reservation. I planned to book three weeks in advance but didn’t pay attention and booked for the same day. Next day I realised the mistake contacted booking.com and the Hotel. After several rounds of asking to change the booking to the desired date the Hotel just hang up the phone. I would have accepted to pay a portion of the room I never used. It was my mistake. The Hotel just decided to take all money claimed that they could have sold the room that night. I booked it at 18:00 and I think that would not have happened that someone else would have come to take the room. Booking.com customer service was friendly but pushed responsibility 100% to the Hotel. Hotel claimed that they cannot do anything because booking.com has already processed everything and it cannot be refunded. Ultimately I called the Hotel 4 times and booking.com 3 times. Very disappointed and extremely low customer service from both. Not even an offer to me on how to solve it. I will never go to this Hotel and delete the booking.com app.
