23/02/2025: High quality food and raw materials! Comfortable environment and very kind staff starting from the owner. Excellent dishes but prices not exaggerated. I absolutely recommend it!

06/01/2025: This review is based on my personal experience and therefore is absolutely not intended to damage the image of the place. We booked on The Fork attracted by the good reviews and the interesting menu, where the sea reigns supreme but where there is also no shortage of excellent land alternatives. The first thing we notice once seated is that the menu prices are much higher than not only those seen on the app where we booked but also those on their website. Since it is a holiday we decide not to worry about it but we believe that it should still be reported to avoid unpleasant surprises for those who choose which restaurant to book in, perhaps also based on how much they will then spend. Let's come to lunch. We started by ordering a bottle of white wine listed on the menu but another one was brought to us. We were told that it would be paid in the same way but here too we were deprived of the possibility of choosing a little because if we had been told straight away that it wasn't there perhaps we would have opted for something else, instead we found ourselves as forced to accept that. As for the food, nothing to complain about. Excellent seafood spaghetti, well-treated fresh turbot and crispy, dry frying. The dessert didn't make me so crazy but more for my personal taste and not for the goodness of the product. Let's get to the sore point, the one that mainly affects my review: the service. A first course, a second course and a sweet waiting time of 2 hours and 15 minutes, which was really too long. Numerous tables present near ours (there were only 2 of us) were served first despite having arrived well after us. I don't think I've ever waited so long for a dessert and a coffee. I felt like pointing this out to the owner who partially remedied it by apologizing and applying a small discount to a bill that was still too high. I don't know whether to recommend it or not, personally, for the reasons explained above, I won't go back.

17/02/2025: We had dinner on Sunday 17 February 2025, everything was delicious, excellent quality meat and above all excellent raw materials. Furthermore, the friendly and kind staff and owner welcomed us at the entrance with a smile. I recommend the picanha, as it was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We'll be back!

05/01/2025: Sublime! Non ci sono altre parole per descrivere quanto abbiamo assaporato durante la cena presso il Ristorante Sarri. La qualità delle materie prime e la maestria dello Chef danno come risultato un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il locale è raffinato, elegante e assolutamente accogliente. Il personale è veramente gentile e soprattutto preparato e professionale nella descrizione di quanto ci è stato servito a partire dall'aperitivo. Che dire, il menù degustazione è fantastico come gli abbinamenti con i vini serviti. Un'esperienza indimenticabile che sarà sicuramente da replicare anche perché la curiosità è tanta nel vedere cosa lo Chef potrà proporre in base alle eccellenti materie prime a disposizione a seconda del periodo. Vivamente consigliato!!

29/12/2024: Wir haben hier a la carte gegessen, obwohl sie auch ein Menu anbieten. Hervorragender roher Gambero, Spinat-Gnocchi und danach Fisch. Dazu ein sehr guter Champagner aus der umfangreichen Weinkarte. Selber gemachtes Brot, sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Zum Wiederkommen!

02/03/2025: Really good hearty foods and large beers menu. We went on a Monday evening off season so could not “feel” the atmosphere but service was excellent and we had a good time. I wouldn’t mind spending recommend going there with a big appetite since portions are quite large

21/02/2025: Ottimo locale dove trovate gentilezza e qualità. Cibo ottimo e birra alla spina molto buona. Locale in stile medievale. Trovate dalla pizza, ai taglieri, carne e pesce. Consiglio di prenotare.

01/11/2024: Das war einmal schön! Ein Kurzurlaub, der sich gelohnt hat. Das Abendessen im Olimp einfach erstklassig in jeder Hinsicht. Hoch oben über Sestri Levante mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Da setzt die Bar Zeus noch einen drauf. So etwas Schönes! Man kommt nicht aus dem Staunen raus. Der Blick über den gesamten Golf von Genua, einen leckeren Sundowner und die dazu gereichten Snacks. Begeisterung pur❤️

30/01/2025: Very nice, worth a visit! There are enough parking spaces, espresso is very good! On hot days it is a little cooler here.

10/02/2025: La cucina propone piatti davvero deliziosi, frutto di una notevole creatività e attenzione ai dettagli. Il servizio, cordiale ed efficiente, contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza piacevole e accogliente. L’unico aspetto che ha suscitato qualche perplessità riguarda alcuni abbinamenti gastronomici particolarmente audaci, che non mi hanno soddisfatto appieno. Comunque cucina di alto livello, senza dubbio meriterebbe di riprendere la stella michelin.
