14/05/2025: Ate Wiener Schnitzel. It was a large portion. The meat and breading were OK. Good price.

27/04/2025: Classic typical pub... the food is decent but the service is terrible... a lot of waiting due to the lack of staff present. One of the waitresses even got annoyed by the requests. The bathrooms were unusable and dirty to say the least.

18/05/2025: Das Restaurant ist sehr groß mit viel Platz auch für Gruppen die Speisekarte ebenso. Das Essen ist hervorragend, Fischgerichte ebenso wie Pasta und Pizza und das bei sehr fairen Preisen. Das sehr aufmerksame Service überrascht durch große Geschwindigkeit. Ein Besuch im O Sole Mio lohnt sich!

30/04/2025: L unica cosa positiva è che trovi sempre aperto. 3 piatti di pasta 70 euro.. assurdo.. personale un pi incompetente al momento del arrivo ci hanno offerto un entrè non sapendo neanche cosa ci fosse nel piatto chiedendo più volte e la risposta è sempre stata "un entrè" . Sciallatielli grssissimi e immangiabile.

17/05/2025: Bellissima location, proposta culinaria moderna, i piatti assaggiati sicuramente soddisfacenti, personale molto disponibile, carta dei vini di livello.

12/05/2025: Greetings, we arrived (2 persons) after hiking on Carso and were rejected with the excuse of being fully booked. After two minutes two elderly guests arrived (without previsouly booking the table) and got the table immediatly. Looks like sport outfit is not desirable in Silene. Update: Thank you for your response. I still have two questions: 1. Why did your waitress needed to check if you already knew that all the tables were already booked? 2. How come that when we told the two elderly persons that the restaurant is full they responded us "we will try" ? Best regards.

01/11/2024: Posto carino nella bassa friulana, serata molto piacevole rovinata dal conto assolutamente non congruo con il cibo servito. Il Signore che gestisce il locale, anziano, ha aperto il ristorante nel giorno di chiusura per farci un favore, ma si è rifatto sul conto. Carbonara normale e tiepidina, delle guancette di maiale con un pezzo di maiale e un pezzo di salame e il dessert, salame al cioccolato con del semifreddo. Prezzo massimo con acqua e vino 25 euro a testa... E invece la sorpresa, 40 euro a testa e qualcuno non aveva preso neanche il primo... Direi prima e ultima volta.

27/04/2025: The quality of the food is more than sufficient, even if the menu is very standard. The cost, for the type of food (standard sandwiches) and the quality offered, is too high. Turning a blind eye to the service: unavailability of accounts divided into equal parts (I'm not talking about hoped-for counts, which I understand are a great nuisance, but only about dividing an account in two); an unavailability expressed with boredom and annoyance.

01/06/2025: Disappointed with the quality of the room as well as the bedding, the welcome and the breakfast do not sell the dream either, the price absolutely does not justify this hotel, I do not recommend at all

28/05/2025: The hotel is the same as always, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is limited but complete with the basics, even if there is no savory option. They could put labels on the croissants, since they were cream or apricot, they could not be distinguished, I wanted an empty croissant and I did not find one. The negative point: I do not understand the need of the breakfast girl to make so much noise and drag the chairs, giving blows to things. It was 9 in the morning, there was still time to finish, and there were few tables. She seemed angry for some reason or wanted to chase away.

10/04/2025: REALLY KIND OWNER, VERY BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS!!! AND THE BAR DOWNSTAIRS, OPENS AT 7:00 AND ALSO HAS EXQUISITE STUFF, WONDERFUL RESIDENCE..!

01/05/2025: Mangiare sufficientemente discreto ma il servizio pessimo, il cameriere molto scortese, porta l'insalata e richiediamo il condimento e si irrita e risponde, alzando la voce. Peccato perché l'ambiente è molto piacevole. Noi non torneremo più

21/04/2025: Pranzo Pasquale in famiglia. Piatti non tutti soddisfacenti e servizio lentissimo. Più di un' ora tra primo e secondo e non parliamo del caffè... Stavamo per andarcene a berlo da un'altra parte. C'era tantissima gente, probabilmente più di quella che il locale può gestire. In altre occasioni ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene, quindi forse gli daremo un'altra occasione.

16/04/2025: Ormai vado da Jure da tantissimi anni. Locanda gestita a livello familiare, con una cucina di qualità e una vista mozzafiato (in particolare nei tavoli situati nella terrazza dietro il locale). Da qualche anno è possibile mangiare anche la pizza - anche questa buonissima -, ma il punto di forza rimangono i piatti preparati con i prodotti del luogo

19/02/2025: Pranzo meno buono degli anni precedenti. L'acqua pagata € 2.50 a bottiglia...... Peccato che la bottiglia, piena fino all'orlo, era di un'acqua minerale "gasata" e invece il contenuto era acqua liscia..... di fontana?
