The triple room booked through Booking.com had a broken number on the front door, barracks-like blankets, a missing shower door, and other worn-out, unmaintained parts. We asked to change rooms and were moved to another room where the windowless bathroom fan didn't work. The room was spacious. The bathroom sink is very low. The key has an unlikely key ring. The outlets are also not secure. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Overall, cleanliness isn't a strong point. The staff was very friendly. We didn't have breakfast, but they offered us a free coffee or other hot drink. There is parking.

This tree is truly beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and a big thank you goes to the receptionist for quickly resolving a problem with a reservation made on a specialized booking website. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, there's also a restaurant, and the breakfast is complete, including a gluten-free option. I'll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future trips to Friuli Venezia Giulia.
