13/05/2026: What a perfect restaurant.
We had pre-booked a room for a couple for the beginning of May and it was lucky because the restaurant was really packed. We really enjoyed the exceptional hospitality and care of the waiters towards us.
We ordered a lot of dishes from the menu and also received a delicious dish from the chef.
It was a pleasure to sit inside the restaurant.
There was a really calm and quiet atmosphere.
A highly recommended restaurant for those in the area.

02/06/2026: We loved our room overlooking the water so waking up every morning was beautiful looking out the windows.
The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious and plentiful. I loved sitting by the pool and actively keeping the pigeons away with the mini squirt guns.
What we were so impressed about was how well your hotel put on a wedding for 100+. It was so romantic and executed so quickly. The food was delicious and the staff was so attentive. Thank you all so very much! Bravo!!!

08/05/2026: Lovely spot at the grande marina; worth the walk down and back up again. I choose the pasta of the day: handmade crab ravioli. I think it was the best and most interesting ravioli I have ever had; 5 stars!
06/05/2026: What a wonderful place. 7 night stay in Marina Grande and we ate here 3 times. Great food, beautifully prepared fish dishes. Crab ravioli, sea bass au gratin. Red snapper, and the fried fish fish, just too much to eat. Staff were top of the game. Not over priced. The setting watching the sun go down is just wonderful. And a big shout out to Nina who really did look after us. If I say 97 then hopefully she will remember us. Ice cold Limoncello to finish, simply the best. Don't walk past, you will miss an absolute gem

11/05/2026: How can this restaurant post Michelin 2024, 2025 on their front and served such horrible food ?
Though the finely staged and choreographed service was excellent, we had a terrible seafood dinner on a cold (11C) airy night (inside the restaurant with opened front door by the seaside) 2 weeks ago.
Not recommended in wasting your hard earned money there.
09/05/2026: We had such an amazing meal at Soul & Fish! The servers were very kind and knowledgeable about the wine and food. We ordered the ceviche, seafood risotto, lobster ravioli, and sautéed broad beans and peas. Each dish was unique, fresh, and beautifully presented.

L'Orangerie poolside bar & restaurant

13/09/2025: Everything about our experience at l'Orangerie was excellent! The ambiance begins as you approach the restaurant through the the pool area warmly illuminated with candles. We are reminded of the deep history of this special place as we pass by a small section of exposed ancient Roman ruins upon which the Hotel was built. The restaurant staff was highly professional, kind and very attentive. Equally high praise to the Chef and the entire kitchen team for the preparation and presentation of a fantastic culinary experience that pleased us on every level. Grazie mille l'Orangerie!!
30/08/2025: The food was mediocre at best! Service was really bad!
We got the vegetarian pasta which was slightly undercooked and the fish with potatoes which was tasting ok but a little chewy.
The overall service was horrible! We had 3 different servers asking us for food and each of them had no idea what we had ordered so it was a chaos. It showered last night which is not their fault and to be be fair they moved us to a covered space but only after insisting a few times. There was light flickering on the side which spoilt the whole "vibe" of the "fancy" restaurant.
The complimentary bread which we got felt "stale" and "chewy". I would expect to get fresh warm bread when I am paying so much price for the food.
They seem to make the food and experience so "pricey" but the experience which they offer in return is terrible!
Would not recommend again.

03/07/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante e ho provato gli agnolotti: semplicemente spettacolari. La pasta fresca, il ripieno saporito e il condimento perfettamente bilanciato hanno reso il piatto indimenticabile. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità del menu.
02/07/2025: Un posto magico, una veduta spettacolare a due passi dal centro di Sorrento, una cena incredibile con prodotti di altissima qualità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

14/10/2023: Passeggiando ci siamo fermati. Bella location sul pontile con mattonelle del pavimento a vetro. Tavoli apparecchiati molto minimalist stile mare. Servizio un po’ lento e con qualche dimenticanza. Pesce molto buono. Abbiamo preso: 2 antipasti, 1 secondo, 2 dolci, acqua, 1 coca, 2 bicchieri vino e 2 caffè: euro 125!
Capisco che siamo a Sorrento sul mare a Sorrento … ma un bel MA è di dovere. Non penso co tornerò.
29/08/2023: Non riesco a capacitarmi di come un normalissimo lido balneare con pontile sul mare sicuramente carino possa offrire piatti da autogrill e servizi quasi nulli a dei prezzi assolutamente assurdi.
Questo è l’esempio lampante di come l’imprenditoria italiana del settore turistico sia totalmente inadeguata, poco lungimirante e mediocre.
Sono disposto a pagare senza problemi per qualità, servizio, ambiente ma non per la mediocrità.
Un giorno la “zizzinella” finirà e tireremo le somme
