05/09/2025: Returning from a hike in the Maiella National Park, we stopped at this beautiful little spot nestled in the park's hills. We were so happy we even returned the next evening for dinner, even though our accommodation is an hour away from the inn!
Stefano, the owner, puts his heart and soul into his work, and his strong connection to the area is evident. The service was attentive, professional, and anything but predictable; we truly felt at home! The food was delicious, with traditional Abruzzo dishes and modern reinterpretations of classics. The wine list was also good! 5 stars aren't enough to describe this experience! The desserts were excellent, too. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area; the prices are in line with the quality and service, and even children are made to feel important here. We haven't tried the rooms, but if we have the opportunity, we'll definitely consider staying there! Congratulations again to all the staff, and see you next time!

26/10/2025: This "Ristorantino" (little restaurant) is a pleasant discovery, just steps from the SS5 Salaria. Excellent food, generous portions, and courteous service are very welcome.
One small note: even though we live in the digital age, some people would appreciate reading the paper menu. Two printed copies wouldn't hurt.

03/11/2025: I come here often for both the pizzeria and the food: everything is delicious! As I was saying, I also come here alone with my dog, who is welcomed like a "star." And when I want to impress friends, I take them to Galliano's and I'm sure they'll be there, because between the always warm welcome and the 100% top-notch food, you really can't ask for more. 😍✨️

The pasta is made fresh right on the spot, and the ingredients are bursting with quality - each meal prepared with incredible care and a desire for perfection. The service is genuinely kind and truly helpful, making the experience even more special. One of the things I loved most is the diverse menu - seafood, meat, and vegetarian options - ensuring everyone can find something they love. I honestly wish I could give this place six stars instead of five; it’s absolutely remarkable and has truly left a lasting impression on me!

19/07/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante spettacolare con una bellissima vista, se al tramonto ancor di più. La sala interna ha un affresco sul soffitto molto suggestivo. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti, gentili ( qualità non scontata al giorno d'oggi) e super professionali... ti senti quasi a casa!!
I prodotti sono freschi, buonissimi e locali ( ad esempio le verdure sono le loro e la pasta viene fatta dal cuoco al momento).
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!!

02/12/2025: A pizzeria that needs no praise; the quality of their dishes is well known. This time I tried the five-starred pizza with crusts stuffed to the pizza chef's specifications...they were all delicious. It wasn't easy to finish, but it was worth it. I recommend trying the fried carbonata and cacio e pepe appetizers; they're bursting with deliciousness.
02/12/2025: I ordered the Bella Spagnola pizza from Carpe Diem, convinced by the photo and the description: a crust filled with ricotta and Iberian chorizo mousse, fiordilatte mozzarella, 36-month Riserva Iberian ham, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil. The expected result—as shown on the menu—was a rich, well-topped, and visually refined pizza.
What I received, however, was a different story: a pizza decidedly different from the picture, with far fewer ingredients and an almost "bare" appearance. The ham was present in small quantities, the basil barely hinted at, and, most importantly, the buffalo mozzarella mentioned in the description was completely absent. Even the crust filled with ricotta and Iberian chorizo, one of the dish's signature elements, didn't seem to have the promised richness.
For a €17 pizza, I expected a significantly higher standard, both in terms of the quality of the preparation and in its faithfulness to the advertised product. The difference between the official photo and the actual product is too great to ignore. A real shame, because the recipe idea is excellent, but the execution in the take-out version was disappointing.

07/10/2025: The renovated Trabocco has lost some of its originality, but it's still pleasant. The set menu includes two appetizers with mini portions of gourmet dishes and two small plates to share, all very good. A generous first course, a standard second course, and a small fried fish to share. Dessert and coffee, drinks à la carte. The price is a bit high compared to regular restaurants, but it's worth it for the view and the character—let's say it's also a bit of a trend at the moment. I recommend not taking advantage of the moment too much, because then the gravy train will end. Also, eating the raw materials right where they exist, let's say 0 km, should cost less. Furthermore, you choose the menu based on the season and the catch of the day. Procurement is not that complicated, so what would be the reason for the high price? I'm not just talking about you guys, who obviously adjusted their prices to the other Trabocchi, some even worse. All in all, a great experience.
