12/01/2026: Stefano and the staff's helpfulness and kindness immediately make a difference. The food is delicious, every dish is carefully planned down to the smallest detail. Relaxing atmosphere with a mountain view. I recommend it and will definitely return.

29/12/2025: I didn't visit the rooms, so I can't comment. We only ate at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the meat was exceptional. Prices were average.

11/10/2025: This trattoria perfectly represents the strategic backbone of what suburban dining in Italy should be. It's a small-to-medium sized establishment in Villa Santa Maria (CH), boasting the reputation of being the Home of Chefs because its excellent hotel management school has consistently produced numerous nationally and internationally renowned chefs over the decades. In my opinion, Onofrio Caffè is a practically perfect trattoria of its kind. Overlooking the Sangro River below, it has small, welcoming spaces and well-spaced tables. Its menu doesn't exceed 3-4 options per category (appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts), but each dish perfectly showcases the region and its excellence. The portions are generous and the prices are truly excellent considering the quality of the ingredients. I would definitely recommend the pasta alla Onofrio (which, however, isn't always available on the menu) and certainly the excellent lamb, offered at a very fair price. The owner-chef waits at the tables and is always courteous and smiling, an excellent host. Bravo! Highly recommended for a lunch stop. It's a shame it's closed for dinner...

19/07/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante spettacolare con una bellissima vista, se al tramonto ancor di più. La sala interna ha un affresco sul soffitto molto suggestivo. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti, gentili ( qualità non scontata al giorno d'oggi) e super professionali... ti senti quasi a casa!! I prodotti sono freschi, buonissimi e locali ( ad esempio le verdure sono le loro e la pasta viene fatta dal cuoco al momento). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!!

28/01/2026: Excellent pizza, we called last Saturday and they put us in, the pizzas are really excellent and not the usual ones, the young and friendly service is worth it.

09/01/2026: We're a group, we meet here because there's space inside and outside, you can eat everything from chips with cheddar to pizza slices and delicious arrosticini, right down to dessert.

19/12/2025: Pizza taken on a Friday evening ordered on glovoo, arrived early, 4 pizzas all delicious, soft, full of toppings, a nice discovery.

16/11/2025: My visit to Raperonzolo on Saturday evening was unfortunately disappointing. We waited 45 minutes for an appetizer, and when the arancini arrived, they were still frozen. After sending it back, the main course was served alongside the pizza; to be honest, I'd lost interest. As for the service, it was clear that the waitresses were doing their best and were very busy; the delays were probably not their fault, but rather a result of poor management. The pizza was good, but not good enough to balance the overall experience. Overall, the wait was excessive, and the final result was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

07/10/2025: The renovated Trabocco has lost some of its originality, but it's still pleasant. The set menu includes two appetizers with mini portions of gourmet dishes and two small plates to share, all very good. A generous first course, a standard second course, and a small fried fish to share. Dessert and coffee, drinks à la carte. The price is a bit high compared to regular restaurants, but it's worth it for the view and the character—let's say it's also a bit of a trend at the moment. I recommend not taking advantage of the moment too much, because then the gravy train will end. Also, eating the raw materials right where they exist, let's say 0 km, should cost less. Furthermore, you choose the menu based on the season and the catch of the day. Procurement is not that complicated, so what would be the reason for the high price? I'm not just talking about you guys, who obviously adjusted their prices to the other Trabocchi, some even worse. All in all, a great experience.
