03/05/2026: My girlfriend and I went for lunch and dinner. The staff is amazing; you can tell they put a lot of passion into it.
The food is also really good, perfectly spiced, flavorful, and fun to eat (since some dishes have to be eaten with your hands).
100% approved.
23/04/2026: My first time at an Eritrean restaurant, the experience was extremely positive. The food was very good, and the service was equally excellent. The owners were friendly and ready to offer advice on how to immerse yourself in a new culture.

The cuisine is meticulously prepared, particularly the traditional injera bread, made with sourdough and left to rise for 48 hours.
The dishes are generous and can serve 1 to 4 people, perfect for sharing with friends.
The atmosphere is friendly and colorful.
The service is excellent: friendly and helpful.
The prices are affordable.

I had never tried this type of cuisine before and was blown away: the appetizers were definitely worth trying (the bean fritters with mango-curry sauce were absolutely devastating; we ordered an extra box to take home) and the main course with a wide selection of ingredients was truly delicious. The owner was courteous and friendly, welcoming us and accompanying us throughout the dinner. It was a real pleasure and we will definitely be back. Congratulations!

12/08/2026: We went to this restaurant, which really inspired us, both for its design—in my opinion, it's beautiful—and for its Eritrean food.
As I mentioned, the location is beautiful, full of trinkets and hanging objects from the culture in question.
As for the food, we had the meat zighinì, which would have been delicious if it weren't for all the spiciness.
Maybe it's the real thing, but I don't think so. I couldn't eat it, I was crying, and unfortunately, I had to leave a good portion of the dish.
I hope it was the chef's mistake.
The staff, however, were very helpful and kind.

16/12/2025: In early 2023, I started eating at Dakar. I loved the flavor and tenderness of the meat. Unfortunately, this time, when I went out to eat after a long time, expecting a good meal, I was disappointed. The meat was very tough, like rubber. Not tender at all.
13/12/2025: We made a reservation (the place is small) and had a wonderful meal!
True Senegalese specialties, helped by the very kind waiter. Unique atmosphere, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
P.S. Don't ask for alcohol or other commercial drinks, just fruit juices and water!
Prices...very, very reasonable.

14/08/2026: We went to Pizza and Food and overall we enjoyed our visit. We had a Margherita pizza and a chicken burger. Both were tasty and the portions were generous. The menu has a fairly large selection, although we think it could be a bit clearer, as it can be a little confusing with so many different dishes. Overall, though, it's a solid restaurant with delicious food and a good selection. We would definitely go there again.
10/08/2026: Very satisfied with the pizza (tried takeout several times)....unfortunately, a terrible experience eating inside the restaurant, run by lazy girls who don't understand orders and who forget to notify customers that items are out of stock (in our case, we waited 20 minutes for dessert and then, after asking, realized we'd never see it because it was sold out!!!!!). We recommend the pizza but, in our experience, get it takeout.
