30/08/2025: Surreal experience One of the worst dinners of our lives. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Starting with the completely incompetent waitress. The wine: she led me to the refrigerator, and I chose a bottle from among the already opened ones. A welcome plate: a pile of unidentified chickpea cream with two overcooked shrimp. A trio of appetizers: gratinated mussels and a tiny, inedible scallop, an unidentified cabbage parcel covered in béchamel and stuffed with who knows what. The mussels were sautéed, more than half of them empty, awful. The first course was tonnarelli with clams, completely tasteless. Two mixed roast fish dishes were inedible, covered in breadcrumbs, with a stringy cod and burnt langoustine. Furthermore, the table wasn't cleared before the new dishes were brought. Shameful. Be careful, the photos and menus often refer to the old management. I can't understand the 5-star reviews... huh?

22/08/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The dishes were indescribably delicious. Excellent service, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: We visited this establishment for several days and booked an umbrella, lounger, and chair each day. The process was straightforward and seamless via the Spiaggia app. The staff occasionally seemed irritated, and we sometimes felt like we were intruding. Despite this, the food and drinks were excellent, and the selection was more than adequate. For the kids, they have a great opportunity to borrow beach toys and other items for free and easily. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained.

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at the Mar del Plata beach club was anything but pleasant. The facility itself might be nice, but it was completely ruined by the owner's behavior: rude, impolite, and unwilling to engage with guests. Instead of welcoming us with a smile or trying to resolve small issues, she was arrogant and unwelcoming, creating an unpleasant atmosphere from the very beginning. In a holiday resort, one would expect friendliness and helpfulness, not rude responses or condescending attitudes. It's a shame, because a little politeness and kindness would make the experience completely different. I strongly advise against this beach club for those seeking relaxation and a peaceful welcome: there are many other facilities nearby where guests are respected and treated with courtesy.

15/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on September 3, 2025, using the rooms for our preparations, with a civil ceremony at the venue and a luncheon. Mrs. Giovanna was helpful and very kind, the location was elegant and refined, the buffet and lunch excellent... we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you, Luciana and Nunzio.

22/08/2025: We're back at the hotel now for our last day, and we can say we're completely satisfied! This is our third year here, and I have to say this year in particular has improved even more than previous years. Everyone is polite, professional, and always available. The best is Daniela in the restaurant, who with her professionalism and smile pampers us and makes us feel at home! Thank you for everything, and see you next year!! The Ricigliano family 🙂

18/07/2025: A beachfront property with well-organized interior spaces, a comfortable beach with well-spaced umbrellas, and a beautiful, spacious and well-kept garden. The entertainment is truly top-notch, with a wealth of activities for children and adults. Head entertainer Luca, Sofia, Jackie, and Gaia organize games throughout the day with enthusiasm and kindness, without ever being intrusive. In the evening, they offer quality activities for a pleasant, fun, and yet relaxing evening: team games for family socializing, live music, magic shows, and circus acts. All this is complemented by the option of enjoying a cocktail served at the beach bar. The restaurant meals are top-notch, both thanks to the chef's creativity and the choice of ingredients. The menu is incredibly generous and served with friendliness, speed, professionalism, and courtesy by the waiters assigned to your table: our Valentina was wonderful! The dining room is well-soundproofed, so you can easily converse at your table despite the crowds. The room is comfortable and spacious, with a cozy little terrace with two armchairs and a drying rack. Even though we had booked a side room, we could see the sea from our bed. The bathroom, while quite spacious, has one problem: the shower is too narrow; the shower door probably needs redesigning. The only flaw was the bed, at least in our room, because it was truly uncomfortable: one side of the double bed had a large indentation in the mattress and creaked with the slightest movement, and the low pillows were hard as rocks. It's normal for bed bases, mattresses, and pillows to deteriorate over time. It's probably time to replace them to allow guests to rest comfortably. However, other guests who were vacationing with us told us their beds didn't have the same problems, so we're confident we'll find this improvement next year. Overall, an excellent property that allows for a relaxing and fun vacation. Well done everyone.

14/08/2025: We went to the restaurant with a reservation at 8:30 PM. We already knew what to order, so we ordered right away: a bruschetta with sausage as an appetizer, 20 arrosticini, and two beers. After more than an hour of waiting, the waiter informed us that the arrosticini were out of stock, including the frozen ones, and that we could choose something else. At the same time, our appetizer arrived... completely burned and inedible. At that point, we got up to leave, but had to wait in line at the cash register, which wasn't working. Meanwhile, other customers in our situation were forced to rush to other restaurants that were almost closing. Result: we left without dinner, still paying a cover charge and two warm beers after a pointless wait. It wasn't just our experience: the table next to us had ordered a Margherita pizza and a hamburger with fries. The fries never arrived, the burger was burnt, and the pizza was bland. There's a complete lack of organization in the kitchen and in order management. It's unacceptable to let you know after more than an hour that the main course isn't available and to offer frozen food instead of fresh. A terrible experience: never again.

13/08/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for three years because the food is excellent. The pizza is really good, and so are the arrosticini. Unfortunately, the pizzonde this year were horribly seasoned with low-quality vegetables and were completely indigestible. Isn't it negligent to use two fresh tomatoes? The problem with this place is the slow service. The waiters wander around like people who are in suspense and can't hear. The orders are almost always wrong, and you get one thing instead of another. To avoid further waiting, you eat but without satisfaction. There's no fruit. And in July, oh dear, buy her two bottles of ratafia... and yet it would take very little to make a customer happy, but it almost seems like you don't care because the tourists are just passing by and leaving.
