The stuffed cuttlefish are always good with tomato sauce; I think it's the base of the dishes, and the fish is added afterward. The dishes aren't made to order, but are reheated. My sea bream was chewy and I think it was precooked... It wasn't a good experience for me. I'm sorry, but I didn't taste the "fishy" flavor...
