DiPronio Ristorante Braceria In Silvi

Everything was perfect, prices were reasonable. I was on vacation and I've been there twice. The meat was excellent quality and the baked potatoes were delicious. We tried the pappardelle with wild boar, they were fantastic. Really, congratulations.

Excellent grill restaurant in Silvi Marina. The quality of the meat is excellent, as are the arrosticini. The pappardelle with wild boar is good, but the chips are a bit soggy and a bit sticky. Compared to last year, there are no longer any outdoor tables, and in some rooms, despite the air conditioning, the air becomes stale due to the smells coming from the grill. Perhaps in the summer it would be better to open everything up and go back to the way things used to be.

We've dined at this restaurant twice and had a great time both times. The meat and pasta dishes were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating.

The arrosticini are a must-try. It's not easy to make a proper cacio e pepe, but this one deserves a special mention. It's excellent both for the consistency of the meunière and the exquisite creaminess it created, which made the dish enjoyable right to the end. We also really appreciated the attention paid to the preparation of the gluten-free dishes. The chicken breast fillet was cooked on a dedicated grill, which we found superb. We were told it was necessary because the gluten-rich bruschetta is used on a regular grill. We returned after five days, during which we also tried other places, and we can say that La Braceria is our top choice for arrosticini in Silvi. We also tried the beef tagliata, which can be paired with various side dishes from the menu, and we also really liked the beef. Ultimately, this place offers excellent value for money, as well as the friendly staff. Come back and see for yourself!

Excellent meat, from arrosticini to tagliata; the appetizers were also excellent, especially the charcuterie and cheese platter and the grilled sausage and cheese platter, both delicious. A respectable Montepulciano wine list. The staff was prompt and friendly. Overall, very satisfying and recommended.

A very enjoyable visit! This is a great place for meat lovers and not only. The menu offers a wide selection of steaks – various types and preparation methods – so everyone will find something to their liking. Everything we tried was delicious and prepared with great care. The service deserves special mention. The waiters are very friendly, smiling, and helpful, and they don't put you under any pressure. You can eat, chat, and enjoy the atmosphere in peace. Another huge plus is that, in addition to Italian specialties, you can also enjoy excellent European cuisine. It's a nice change and a big plus for those looking for something more than classic Italian cuisine. The only minor downside was the occasional smell of cleaning product, reminiscent of Domestos. However, I assume this was a one-off incident related to cleaning, as we have no other complaints. We were very pleased with our visit and would happily return. Thank you!
