05/04/2024: I went to this place for dinner with the best intentions but, being a sandwich shop, the rare hamburger is a serious mistake. Minced meat may also be contaminated on the inside (unlike a steak, for example) and should be well cooked, reaching a temperature of around 65-70° inside. It is essential to avoid intoxication from Salmonella, Escherichia coli, etc. I preferred not to send the sandwich back to avoid the other ingredients being wasted but clearly I left the raw portion on the plate. I got the "L'abruzzese" sandwich and the flavor is flat, missing something acidic to give punch to the cheese and turnips. The potatoes with ginger and pink pepper sauce are excellent. The tiramisu is good, watch out for the places where there is only the cream which is cloying. 🍔🍔🍔

About a kilometer from the Hotel Roma in the street adjacent to the Roseto Degli Abruzzi seafront there is this truly wonderful location. The welcome of the staff is the first sweet note of a truly pleasant symphony. A refined, extremely clean environment where you can relax to the pleasant background of jazz music and where you can taste excellent fish presented in a wonderful setting and associated with flavors that enhance the taste is not a dream, no, all this is the reality of this beautiful place. You have the continuous attention of the staff who explain to you the how and why of every single dish you go to taste, associating it (if you wish) with wines from cellars with a capital C. Truly highly recommended if you are in this area. If you are wondering about the price... well I tell you that you pay for quality so for a moment put aside the thought of how much you will spend, but go and eat food prepared and presented with criteria. The right criterion. Really very good!

24/03/2024: Nella prima piovosa domenica primaverile, prenotiamo in questo ristorante per il pranzo, con mia moglie e nostro figlio di 6 mesi in passeggino. Locale lodevole, situato all’interno di un complesso residenziale nella zona finale della riserva del borsacchio; pulito ed accogliente con luci soffuse e un ottima organizzazione degli spazi. Le portate deliziose, preparate con cura e gusto, a piena soddisfazione dei palati più esigenti completati da un mix di sapori dall’aspro al piccante, e ancora dall’amaro al dolce. Una grandissima nota di merito al servizio, impeccabile in ogni esposizione di piatti e bevande, e ogni gesto dalla presa dei cappotti all’arrivo fino all’apertura della porta in uscita. Torneremo con vero piacere e lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che si dovessero trovare in zona Roseto e limitrofe.

Servizio perfetto, cameriere attento e disponibile nonostante fosse solo in sala. Cibo buono, di qualità, fresco e ben cucinato. Area all’aperto con animali dove i bimbi possono divertirsi ad osservarli e area verde dove far giocare i piccoli durante il pranzo. 06/01/2024: Genuine products and dishes with authentic flavors. Excellent and plentiful starters. UPDATE! I came back after a while... the quality is impeccable. All the ingredients are home-grown and zero-metre! I recommend the selection of appetizers and the kebabs!!
