04/03/2026: Last night I went to Grull Burger in Roseto degli Abruzzi, and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. The place is welcoming and informal, ideal for a quiet evening with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, always attentive without being intrusive. We started with hand-cut sweet potato fries, served as an appetizer and accompanied by three types of sauces: truly delicious and well-made, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. For our second course, we had the Angus steak and the Scottona steak: tender, perfectly cooked, and of excellent quality. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The quality-price ratio is average, absolutely adequate for the quality of the dishes offered. Ultimately, a place where you can eat well and spend a pleasant evening. I'll definitely be back!

22/10/2025: I was very happy to go there. There were new and creative dishes, and they were well-executed, but this time they were basic, and everything was very neutral, mild, and darling! I won't be back for now. I'll wait five months and then try again, hoping they understand that some seafood needs to be enhanced with seasoning. Not everything should be left to its own taste, which can be nauseating.

31/12/2025: My wife's favorite pizzeria. Located in the center of Roseto degli Abruzzi, it has a charming avenue leading to the pizzeria. The entrance reveals a large wood-fired oven and pizza chefs at work. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. A wide variety of pizzas with easy-to-digest dough and reasonable prices. We ordered many items, from appetizers to dessert. The staff was friendly. While waiting to pay, we even watched a young pizza chef perform an acrobatic stunt with pizza dough (dough not used for customers). Overall, it's always a great experience to return.

01/12/2025: Nice restaurant, with limited seating inside. The dining room is long. Everything is good, and the service is fast. Reservations are required to secure a table.

01/02/2026: Disappointment. We had a reservation, but no table. Let me explain. We called the pizzeria to ask if a table for three was available, and they gave us 9:30/9:35 PM. We showed up promptly at the time indicated, but the table wasn't available because it was still occupied by previous customers, and we were asked to wait outside. After waiting in the cold for over 15 minutes, with no updates or clear timing, we went back to inquire and were simply told to wait a little longer. Only later did a young woman inform us that the customers were enjoying dessert, offering us prosecco in the meantime. A gesture that, while appreciated, doesn't make up for the sloppy management of availability. It's fair to point out that the customers present had every right to remain seated without time restrictions. For this very reason, however, indicating availability without the actual possibility of meeting it seems unprofessional. In the end, we decided to leave and went to another restaurant, where we were greeted with greater organization and attention. Communication and time management are part of the service: in this case, they were insufficient. --------- Hi Davide, thanks for your reply, although the tone you chose says much more than my review. I'd like to clarify a few points, because the reconstruction you offer doesn't match what actually happened. The reservation was for 9:30/35 PM (just as I wrote above): we were left out in the cold for over 10 minutes, without any communication, until we returned to ask for updates. This isn't "less than 5 minutes late," it's sloppy management. Calling my review "frustration" is a convenient way to avoid taking responsibility. And no: you don't need to sit down to evaluate a service that starts with respecting the reservation. Reviews are the story of an experience, and ours was simply negative! Using your employees (whose work I've never questioned) as an emotional shield doesn't make your response more professional. Next time, instead of attributing emotions to the customer they don't feel, perhaps it would be more helpful to acknowledge what happened and improve communication. This is what distinguishes professional management from a knee-jerk reaction.

The owner, a weasel, was smiling and friendly in the dining room. Compliments, truly clean, friendly environment and lots of authenticity, just what you need. 04/10/2025: A truly wonderful culinary experience at this restaurant where the fish is cooked with great love. The cold appetizer prepared with the catch of the day is a fairytale that will make you feel happy and content. I also enjoyed an excellent seafood risotto, but every dish chosen was 100% spot on because there's so much love in the preparation of the food. So if you're in Roseto and you're... hungry... 😃 come eat at this restaurant and you'll have a truly positive experience.

The staff was unfriendly and even annoyed by our questions. I understand why there were only two seats in addition to our table. The bill was too high.
