27/03/2025: il servizio ad esser gentili, era scadente!! i antipasti son stati portati un paio alla volta, cosiche una metà dei commensali doveva aspettare. l‘angus era una soletta e metta’ dell pezzo di carne era solo grasso. di 7 tagliate al sangue, 5 erano cotte bene…… il manzo nn va servito ben cotto, mai!! ristorante deludente e servizio ripeto scadente. le patatine come le olive ascolane non ordinate ma sull conto! bah, non consiglio!

11/09/2024: Locale parecchio informale direttamente sulla spiaggia, servizio molto efficiente, i ragazzi sono gentilissimi. Nel limite dei piatti proposti che non sono molti, si mangia bene e si spende poco. La frittura è ad un ottimo livello. Quando ci sono stato c’era anche un’ottima musica di sottofondo. Ascoltare il Boss in riva al mare gustando del buon pesce non ha prezzo.

21/12/2024: I stayed at Foggetta to break up a six-hour journey to Puglia and I couldn't have been happier. The road to get there is bumpy, but it allows for a fair amount of isolation despite the proximity of the Atri motorway exit. The room is extremely clean, tidy and spacious with a very comfortable bed and the option of having a small kitchenette in the room. The view of the sea (even during breakfast) made everything more relaxing. The breakfast was also plentiful with a buffet that offered a fair amount of choice and the coffee produced with a bar coffee machine. Recommended for anyone who wants a fairly isolated place to rest after a long journey.

04/01/2025: Agriturismo Gran Sasso is a place where the welcome immediately makes you feel at home. The owner is a very sweet and kind woman with an uncommon temperance, in short, an extraordinary woman. The cuisine is truly excellent, home-grown products make the difference in taste and preparation, and the house wine is truly good. Low prices despite the quality being of a high standard. Highly recommended.

08/09/2024: We have stayed at the Hotel Galf several times. Each time, it was a very nice and relaxing holiday. The hotel has a very clean private beach. The sea is very clear and clean both at Pentecost and at the end of August. The rooms are very clean and have air conditioning. This family-run hotel is run by Carlo and his son Michele, and they create a very pleasant atmosphere. The food is excellent and more than adequate. We would be happy to return to this hotel in the future.

08/09/2024: Well what can I say, I don't usually write reviews but here there is a real need... good food, at least that, and a very particular location, mostly outdoors in beautiful style, too bad we were put in a little indoor corner in front of some beautiful audio speakers with 2 small children of just 1 year old placed in front of them, and ok maybe it can also fit because I didn't specify not to be placed right in front of the music, but by booking on the phone the afternoon before I kindly asked for a place for 2 kindly people a little large since we have 2 strollers, having 2 twins. We start by ordering the typical local and local kebabs and then my wife orders a sandwich and chips (the side dish of potato chips was already included in the burger dish but obviously no one tells you and so you end up with 2 side dishes) and I order "cacio e ova" meatballs and sliced ​​beef.. 3 minutes and the french fries arrive.. 15 minutes and in this order the sliced ​​meatballs arrive with accompanying side dish and kebabs.. 2 minutes After a short while the hamburger and chips dish also arrived... I had to bring the freshly emptied plates to the waiters and the counter because my wife and I couldn't even move our arms at the table. To summarize everything, I'll tell you that we sat down at the table at 8.15pm and at 8.40pm we were paying and left... and we seriously ordered and ate what I wrote. Never again!

15/01/2025: Domenica scorsa sono stata a pranzo presso La Fornace insieme alla mia famiglia. Non ero mai stata presso questo ristorante ma mia sorella sì; visto che ci siamo riuniti per festeggiare il compleanno della nostra amata mamma ho fatto scegliere a lei per andare sul sicuro! E direi che non poteva scegliere di meglio! Una bellissima location, tavolo riservato davanti ad una grande finestra con una vista mozzafiato, le nostre montagne… Cibo a dir poco ottimo. Piatti tipici abruzzesi, materia prima di grande qualità. Il titolare ed il figlio ti accompagnano durante il pasto con la loro garbata e simpatica presenza per spiegare piatti e prodotti utilizzati. I miei complimenti più sentiti, e personalmente fatti, vanno alla Chef, innamorata di questo lavoro… ecco perché a La Fornace si mangia divinamente, perché cucinare è un grandissimo gesto d’amore. Torneremo senza dubbio.

29/12/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato ieri a pranzo il Battesimo di nostro figlio in questo ristorante, il posto è incantevole, una cartolina sotto il possente Gran Sasso, il personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta, il cibo squisito e ricercato, ogni prodotto minuziosamente selezionato e preparato, il proprietario disponibile e cortese, un servizio impeccabile, i bambini hanno giocato in totale libertàe mangiato tutto quello che preferivano, abbiamo lasciato il posto tra i complimenti degli invitati che immaginavano qui i loro festeggiamenti futuri... che dire, ci siamo sentiti coccocolati in tutto, Massimo il proprietario ci ha persino allestito il tavolo con tutto quanto avevamo portato (bomboniere, confettata, fiori...), offrendo lui stesso ulteriori addobbi a richiamo del Battesimo... Non da ultimo la presenza del fasciatoio, per giunta in un bagno separato rispetto a quello risevato agli invitati, cosa non scontata e molto apprezzata. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, personalmente per la soddisfazione ottenuta, avremmo pagato anche di più. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di cuore dalla Fam. Compagno

For those in a hurry, there is also the possibility of taking it away, a convenient and fast service that makes it ideal for those who want a good coffee without having to waste time. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a welcoming and clean environment, perfect for a quick break during the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to serve with a smile and make customers feel at ease. The prices are honest, in line with the quality of the product and the service offered. It is the classic place where you like to stop, whether alone or in company, for a quick coffee before resuming your day. I will definitely go back and maybe next time I will also try the restaurant, which promises to be as good as the bar. Highly recommended.
