17/04/2025: Credo che nella vita bisogna provare quel che non si conosce per poter esprimere un pensiero e soprattutto un giudizio..ero scettica per questa esperienza ma ho ascoltato i consigli e anche un po’ di sesto senso…Una cucina che non conoscevo ma che mi ha lasciato sia al palato che negli occhi un’arte che solo chi ama questo lavoro può raffigurare! Dall’antipasto,al dolce..un accostamento di sapori,di vini,di amore ma soprattutto di emozioni…
Si..perché pur venendo da una terra di mare,lo chef,ascoltando e sentendo la mia nostalgia,ha fatto sì che nei suoi piatti trovassi un po’ di casa..sono stata benissimo…mi sono sentita come non credevo mi potessi sentire..
A Bruno(cameriere) i miei complimenti..Preparatissimo su ogni singola cosa..attento e molto organizzato..So cosa significa stare in questo settore..e non c’è cosa più bella di vedere un cameriere che ti serva con il sorriso stampato in viso!
Ps: Da Calabrese,abituata ad una cucina differente, è stato semplicemente ECCEZIONALE,TUTTO!

10/05/2025: Excellent food, we sat outside because it was a beautiful day.
The only flaw was the cars that parked in front of the entrance to the restaurant, near our table, even though there were free parking spaces... it's not the fault of the managers, some people simply don't really want to walk even 20 meters.
Price is normal, we spent €100 for three first courses, two second courses (excellent Angus roasts), a sweet water and 2 glasses of red.
Definitely coming back.

Abbiamo mangiato una fiorentina alla brace per due.... veramente ottima e
molto tenera con contorno di patate al forno molto buone accompagnato il tutto da un vino rosso della casa consigliato dal ristoratore veramente buono.
Posto Consigliatissimo!!!

23/03/2025: Cucina semplice e servizio veloce e professionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso poiché i prezzi sono sopra la media rispetto alla qualità della materia prima utilizzata. Coperto a 3,5 un po’ eccessivo visto che si mangia sulla carta e la porzione di pane per due persone (quindi 7€ in totale) è misera.

08/06/2025: We went to Il Tratturo for lunch, intrigued by the good reviews. The appetizer really surprised us: rich, varied and well presented, with fresh products and genuine flavors that gave us a great first impression.
Unfortunately, we wanted to try the arrosticini, one of the house specialties, but we were told that they are only available for dinner — too bad!
So we opted for a hamburger, but it was a real disappointment: extremely dry and not very tasty, so much so that it was practically inedible.
We will probably return to try the arrosticini in the evening, but the lunch experience was halfway between excellent and disappointing.

07/05/2025: Unfortunately we're not there, I don't like reviewing places that are wrong but it also helps to understand for those who come after.
Let's take 3 steaks, we are in the mountains, the meat should dominate, 2 medium rare and one rare.
The first 2 arrive overcooked, I don't know if they could eat them, I point this out and they kindly make it again for me.
The rare one arrives and instead it's medium rare, oh well I take it badly and the kitchen is informed that the one they were making again had to be done rare.
The rare one arrived and it was very cold in the center, as if the steaks were frozen.
Anyway in the end 2 mixed starters, 3 steaks and 3 lambs, 4 side dishes, 3 desserts and 6 coffees, total 40 euros each, you do the math.
For me prices above average and standards not adequate for the price paid.
07/04/2025: I've been there several times. Every time it has been an excellent experience. Quality food, charming place and reasonable prices. A plus for us is that it offers gluten-free cuisine for celiacs. And he really does it. They have everything for celiacs. If you are in the area, stop by.
I hope to be able to try it in the winter soon.

11/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati diverse volte in questo rifugio sempre per una pausa veloce, buona la varietà dei piatti e dei dolci. Spazioso lo spazio con i tavoli. A volte un pochino freddo all'interno.
La cosa che mi ha lasciata molto perplessa è la mancanza di senso civico che ha la maggior parte degli sciatori, malgrado ci siano le rastrelliere per gli sci davanti al rifugio, anche se vuote, si preferisce lasciare in ordine sparso gli sci intralciando anche l'accesso alla seggiovia.

24/04/2025: Meravigliosa location un bellissimo panorama sulla vallata, ampio parcheggio, ottimo l’ arredamento e di gusto che richiama lo stile montano, meraviglioso camino, dal proprietario al personale gentile, pronto ad ogni esigenza del cliente, abbondanti gli antipasti che vanno dagli affettati alla polenta a varie combinazioni con fagioli ceci ortaggi, vasta scelta di primi e secondi, ben fornita e di qualità la cantina, ottima la pasticceria.
18/03/2025: Bella e tipica costruzione che rispecchia i canoni della montagna ampio parcheggio panorama eccezionale della vallata sottostante, all’interno arredamenti di qualità, ben disposti che favoriscono la conversazione, meraviglioso il camino imponente al centro del locale, il proprietario affabile e cortese, il personale discreto e solerte sempre con un sorriso, il menù è composto da tre scelte antipasti e primo antipasti e secondo o primo e secondo, buoni e numerosi gli antipasti, ottimo il primo con ragù pasta fatta in casa melanzane e zucchine, strepitosa la tagliata di carne morbida e di qualità. Il prezzo rispecchia il locale e la qualità del mangiato.

15/03/2025: Si mangerà bene? Chi lo sa!
Sono entrata al ristorante dicendo "Buongiorno" , davanti a me il cuoco che stava pranzando e altre due persone, presumo i due camerieri con il telefono in mano, mi hanno vista e sentita e si sono voltati dall'altra parte.
Ergo? Ho fatto la stessa cosa anche io chiudendo la porta alle mie spalle.
02/03/2025: Servizio estremamente lento, piatti mediocri, dolci surgelati, bruschette fredde.
Suppongo che non mi dovevo aspettare di meglio per 25~ euro a persona

23/04/2025: In questa mia recensione la qualità del cibo(comunque di scarso livello) passa in secondo piano. La prima cosa che valuto in un ristorante è l'accoglienza e sotto questo aspetto La Trappola è uno dei peggiori posti dove sono stato. La scostumatezza della proprietaria è di un livello imbarazzante. Pochissime volte in vita mia ho avuto a che fare con personale di una tale scortesia. Ovviamente non ci metterò mai più piede.
05/03/2025: un piccolo ristorantino che offre cucina locale e pizze, molto accogliente, caldo e il personale è molto gentile. I piatti sono molto abbondanti e ci siamo tornati due volte, la prima abbiamo preso delle magnifiche pappardelle ai porcini e uno strudel e la seconda volta delle trofie con zucca, zafferano, salsiccia, ... tutto davvero buonissimo e ad un costo onsstissimo! ci torneremo.

02/02/2025: Siamo stati al ristorante con amici. Il personale è gentile ed il servizio molto veloce. Lavorano a pranzo su due turni anche se quando siamo stati noi non c'era molta clientela. Locale molto conosciuto è anche hotel. Abbiamo assaggiato vari piatti. Primi buoni ma non eccezionali. Molto buona la carne. Dolci nella norma, ma con una buona varietà. Nel complesso una piacevole esperienza.

22/03/2025: Since I didn't read the reviews before! The only good thing I would say is that it is open out of season and the attention of the young waiter. They made a mistake in the beer order (they brought a larger one than we had ordered) and in order not to make a mess since the owner was already arguing with the waiter, we told him to leave it for us (so as not to throw it away and serve another one). The most miserable thing is that they charged us for it as a large size. A good gesture from the owner would have been to charge us only what we asked for. The burgers if I say average I am being generous.
