Enoteca Zero In Roccaraso

A wonderful discovery in Roccaraso. Considering the various reviews, we dined at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is very elegant and well-decorated, and the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. We had Fassona tartare, a trio of bruschettas, polenta with caciocavallo cheese, a risotto, and an egg with truffles. We loved everything. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like truffles. The price is in line with the offerings. About €110 for two, including a bottle of wine. We'll definitely return on our next weekend getaway.

We had a great time and the truffle dishes were phenomenal. The final highlight was the excellent beef.

Every time we return to Roccaraso, Enoteca Zero is our go-to. The location offers a cabin-style atmosphere, very welcoming, warm, and unique. There's an excellent selection of wines and menus. We truly feel at home here, even though the area offers so many other options. I highly recommend Stra.

Let's start with the truly unique and welcoming location, like being in a mountain chalet, with attention to every detail. The owners are kind and professional, and know how to put you at ease. There were several of us for dinner, and we tried several cuts of meat on the menu, all excellent from the first to the last. Special attention was also paid to the wine list, which ranges from northern to southern Italy and beyond. A well-deserved 5 stars.
