10/11/2024: Appena usciti da questo bar ci siamo sentiti derubati! Due pezzettini di torta alle mele di qualche giorno fa ...un cappuccino e un the caldo nulla di che...a saint moritz avremmo pagato meno....solo il cappuccino costa 3 euro!!! Siamo a Pescasseroli cara signora !che almeno avrebbe potuto regalare almeno un sorriso e invece manco quello!

12/02/2025: SHAME!!! Saturday 8 February, 12.15pm. It started to rain and, having small children (one of whom was 3 years old asleep in our arms), we entered the restaurant and kindly asked if it was possible to advance the reservation by half an hour. A bald gentleman replied tersely that we couldn't enter before 12.30. When we enter to take possession of the table, the same gentleman always attacks us because we were more than the reservation number. Our friend explains that the reservation was for her and 2 children and that the rest of us were going to go skiing straight away. As I approach the table, the same person always blocks my passage by physically standing in front of me, opening his arms and shouting that I had to go out because I hadn't booked. I explain to him that one of the two children at the table is my 3-year-old son, that I have to undress him, leave him the toys and explain to him that his mother wouldn't stay. The gentleman continues to scream, bringing his face closer and closer to mine: a real attack! In response, as a mother who is deprived of the possibility of reaching her child, I begin to get upset and respond in kind, I move away and pass. I undress my son, who begins to cry from the screams I hear and, due to the haste given by the dirty looks of the aforementioned "gentleman", I go out leaving the crying child to my friend. This is what happened to us. An experience that I have chosen to tell in detail so that the lack of education of this person is clear to everyone. We will NEVER return to this place and I will discredit it as long as I live!!! SHAME!!!

12/02/2025: Rude and arrogant staff. A bald gentleman (owner?) was very, very rude to my wife and all our friends by yelling in front of the children. An embarrassing and really bad scene. If it weren't for the pouring rain, we would have gone out and changed restaurants. I certainly don't recommend it, unless you like being treated badly for no reason.
