16/12/2025: We stopped for a quick lunch. Very friendly staff, excellent food, and a wide selection. The vegetables were delicious!

04/11/2025: Excellent polenta, both white with broccoli and red with sausage sauce. Superb pizza! Exceptional scamorza with prosciutto! Wide selection of side dishes. Quality arrosticini. Fast and friendly service. Our go-to in Pescasseroli.

08/08/2025: Locale consigliatissimo, ottimi piatti e ottimo servizio. Abbiamo cenato in 3 senza prenotazione, il loro primo pensiero è stato il cibo per la bambina (cosa non comune visto che in molte occasioni le attese sono molto prolungate). Antipasto abbondante e di qualità con salumi buonissimi, così come i primi piatti con delle paste buonissime. Le 10-15 euro in più pagate sul conto rispetto ad altri locali che offrono portate simili vengono ripagate pienamente dalla qualità e dalla cortesia.

31/07/2025: Bel locale ad inizio paese, curato e accogliente. Cibo di qualità e servizio abbastanza cortese. Ricco antipasto Plistia (straordinari i salumi, buoni i formaggi, da migliorare i fritti, a nostro parere). Poi interessanti codetti al Montepulciano con salsiccia, patate e scamorza e una razione davvero generosa di pecorino alla piastra. Prezzo corretto.

11/05/2026: Gorgeous food, everything was local and delicious, and portions were plenty big enough. Lots of abruzzo specialities (I had the arrosticini and the Rintrocilo pasta which were both incredible) and a huge wine selection which was all from Abruzzo too. It's quite small, we went on a quiet night and there was a table for us, I imagine it might get busy in peak months. Excellent service and delicious food, what's not to like!

13/06/2026: We enter the bar and order three coffees, two croissants, and one "bomba" (a sort of "puff pastry"). The croissants and the "bomba" were practically empty. I regret not taking any photos. At that point, since we had to go to the bathroom, we sit at the inside table, but when the coffees and pastries arrive, I get up and go get them myself; there's no table service. My colleague, a foreigner, who speaks very little Italian—we had left—finds himself with a bill of almost €12, with table service paid. I feel especially sorry for him, seeing this shameful side of Abruzzo. A colleague of mine went back to point out to the clerk that, if anything, she should have paid me for getting up to get what I'd ordered, and that he'd be giving her a bad review. She responded by saying it's not her place and that she was following the owner's instructions. So here we are, not recommended for both the service and the quality of the products.

21/03/2026: A regular breakfast stop in Pescasseroli for forty years, excellent pastries, a sunny location in the center of town. A favorite spot.

18/01/2026: We went for lunch...not welcoming at all, terrible service, mediocre food, 1 starter and 1 grilled dish, €45, negative experience, I don't recommend it.

18/02/2026: Every year is a pleasant return for us. Here, a warm welcome and refined cuisine are inextricably linked. The owner and staff are always ready to offer their guests welcome attention, and above all, never out of obligation, but rather through their genuine, genuine nature. Thank you for making us feel at home.

08/01/2026: On the evening of January 4th, I went to this restaurant with my husband and 3-year-old son, who immediately took a liking to it. I wanted to emphasize the kindness, refinement, and helpfulness of the waiter and owner in explaining and bringing the dishes and drinks. The food was truly good: tagliatelle with wild boar in white sauce and mixed grilled meats, followed by a crema catalana.
