The dishes are crafted down to the smallest detail, with a perfect balance between tradition and innovation—each course is a small surprise of flavor and creativity. Special praise goes to the chef, a woman of great professionalism and expertise, who leads the kitchen with passion and mastery. You can sense her love for her work and her desire to offer a high-quality gastronomic experience in every dish. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation: quality, elegance, and human warmth come together perfectly.

21/12/2025: Unforgettable evening, excellent food, fabulous atmosphere, shame we didn't find a seat in the cave.... 10 out of 10 for everything, from the attentive and knowledgeable staff to the exquisitely flavoured food, I recommend the fillet.

16/12/2025: The natural cave where we had lunch is a charming and captivating place. The chef is truly excellent, as are the sommelier and the restaurant staff. Definitely worth a try.

02/12/2025: An excellent journey through the flavors of our land, with excellent products and impeccable service. Excellent wines paired with the dishes. A beautiful location with the majestic backdrop of the Gran Sasso. A lovely touch was Mora the dog, who was running around next to the "Serra di Bruna"...a special treat for me. Highly recommended for a unique sensory journey through the authentic flavors of Abruzzo.

09/12/2025: In the heart of Scalea, you enter and are greeted with a warm smile and a warm welcome. The initial feeling of being in the right place is followed by the expert and detailed presentation of the dishes and wines. The atmosphere is pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. When we return to Scalea, we'll definitely know where to dine... at Osteria La Rondinella.

11/10/2025: Wow! This place is truly amazing, from start to finish we were blown away. The views of the bay are great, but the views inside with the art and decor are equally impressive. The service is above and beyond at every turn. We loved the cocktail recommendations to start, they allowed us to order a cheese plate from the dessert menu to start (even suggesting a great wine pairing) and helped us customize a beautiful, relaxed 2.5 hour dining experience. The kitchen sent a surprise starter course and an extra dessert on the house, and all the food was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any Americans traveling to sorrento, everyone spoke fluent English and we felt right at home. Well most certainly be back the next time we’re in Italy 🇮🇹

04/10/2025: We traveled from Padua specifically to dine here, along with another couple of friends who already knew the place. Well, it was absolutely worth it! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a spectacular welcome entrée, bread baskets always full and well-stocked, and IMPECCABLE service: young, kind, and passionate about their work, who made the evening truly unforgettable. The fish-based first and second courses were excellent, with attention to detail and quality ingredients. The desserts: simply out of this world! 😍 The price was very fair and perfectly in line with what we ate. At the end of the dinner, the owner came to the table to share some interesting facts about the dishes: a gesture we greatly appreciated. In short, a dinner and an evening to remember. I would leave now just to go back, without thinking twice! My compliments to everyone, especially the staff in the dining room and the kitchen staff! 👏
