I had the pleasure of dining at the Suburra 1930 restaurant in Rome and I can say without hesitation that it was an extraordinary dining experience. The staff are exceptional, always attentive and friendly, with a special mention for Luca, who made our evening even more pleasant with his professionalism and friendliness. The dishes are simply delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each course is a journey into the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine, but the real star of the menu is the paccheri alla Scarperiello. This specialty is a perfect balance of flavors, with perfectly al dente pasta and a rich, flavorful sauce that makes you want to never finish the dish. Suburra 1930 is a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable gastronomic experience in Rome. I can't wait to return to taste their delights again!

My Cacio e Pepe was amazing and the chocolate cake was so moist.

Amazing little spot with good food and drinks. Also has a wonderful manager. Fit us both in last minute for the euro2024 championship game even though he was fully booked. He was doing the same for everyone who walked in, and wanted to keep everyone happy.

A nice place hidden away from the main streets. The food was very good I had the ravioli which were very filling and my boyfriend had the Caico e Pepe which was very flavorful. The cocktails were also very good. The staff was also very friendly, gave recommendations. One of the best meals I had in Italy. Highly recommend

Posto molto carino, con arredamento anni 30 (dal nome del locale, come ci ha spiegato il proprietario). Piatti in menù sia della cucina romana, sia internazionale. Nel complesso il menù è ricco e per ogni palato. Ottimi anche i cocktail, che abbiamo gustato prima di cena. Assolutamente da provare il gran fritto Suburra Consigliatissimo !!

Excellent food. We enjoyed a wonderful meal of ravioli. It was well prepared and flavorful. The outdoor area was nice and shady, and the waitstaff was friendly.
