A two-Michelin-starred restaurant on a side street near the city center: an elegant, modern atmosphere, spanning both the interior and the terrace (with beautiful lamps by Paolo Donadello). The predominantly seafood menu is modest but top-notch, with excellent tastings and the option to customize. The wine list is extensive, and the service is impeccable, attentive, and professional. The best restaurant in Romagna. Nothing more to add, try it and believe it. Obsessive customer service, from arrival to departure, every dish is a work of art with flavors you've never tasted or perceived before. Young and dynamic staff. Top-notch New Year's Eve dinner. I hope everyone has an experience like this at least once in their life.

A must-try experience for a romantic event. The staff were highly knowledgeable and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing but not overly formal, making you feel truly pampered and at ease. I enjoyed the full tasting menu, with its attention to flavors, balance of colors, and tastes. Must-trys were the schiacciati with truffle, the lightly seared shrimp, and the pasta with mantis shrimp broth, which melted in your mouth. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the food to the ambiance. We had a wonderful time and will return. It deserves all five stars. I'm returning for the second time and I find the attention to detail and the scenic preparation. The flavors are excellent. I stand by my rating and recommend trying the tasting menu.

Incredible experience. Every dish of the tasting menu was on point, rich flavours, insane quality of ingredients, perfect wine pairing. The turbot is a must, as well as the bottoni. A special mention goes to the desserts, they were perhaps the best I have ever tried. I loved the flowers decorations that were in almost every course, and the final dessert magnolia-shaped... unforgettable dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive without being invasive, the atmosphere was very relaxed.. we had the best time. Thank you so much.

Intrigued by the Sunday lunch special, we decided to head to Magnolia to try another Michelin-starred dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a unique view and an enviable location; the interior was equally beautiful and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, although I sometimes missed the lightheartedness or small joke that makes guests feel more at ease; I found it a little cold; however, nothing transcendental. The food, what can I say? It has two stars, bold flavors, bold and successful ventures; I go home thinking about the scallops and the dessert, what a treat. The price was fair, very fair. The chef didn't leave at the end of the service. Generally, when the chef leaves, it's always a good thing to see him and have a chat, but that's okay.

We went to this place with high expectations. I must say everything was spot on, well-made, and professional. We really loved everything, from the service to the food and the location. Even the top-notch wine list. The bread was truly exceptional. We had the pleasure of trying the new menu, which was truly excellent. Almost all the dishes were an explosion of flavors, with well-balanced ingredients and perfectly executed contrasts, in my opinion. Truly, just how I like to eat. It's been a while since I've had such a wonderful experience at a restaurant (and I've been to quite a few starred ones). Exceptional desserts, especially the "goat" dessert, one of the best I've ever eaten. We added an extra main course to the tasting menu and all three were spectacular, perhaps only the turbot was a little lacking in flavor and punch compared to the other dishes. The appetizers were the bomb... I still dream about them. One dish that was below par in our opinion was the garganello, which needs to be reviewed and improved. (Also in my opinion) PS When it came to serving the wine, no conversation, explanation, or anything else. Even initially, we found a wafer on the table and no one explained what it was. Like at the beginning of the service, it seemed a bit unimportant, while at the adjacent tables, there was a thousand attentions and explanations of everything, more than we did. But then they recovered with top-notch service. Anyway, I'll be back as soon as possible.

We dined in early June 2025, and the experience was extremely positive. The location is beautiful; the villa enjoys a wonderful view of Longiano. The service was extremely attentive, including the wine selection. The dinner was incredibly delicious and full of flavors and emotions to discover, from the entrée to the dessert. Recommended dishes: the Adriatic Riviera risotto and the marvelous carbonara.
