Excellent osteria, nothing less than a Michelin-starred restaurant. The pizzas, brioche, and other dishes were all exceptional, but the paccheri with white ragù left me speechless. Highly recommended for those who want to eat truly well and with flavor.

Bar and restaurant with excellent express cuisine featuring traditional dishes. Four of us stopped for lunch and quickly ate a delicious platter of meat and pasta with Tuscan ragù. The husband and wife team are very friendly. Prices are fair.

15/03/2026: Best pizza place in Chianti. Beautiful wine cellar. Cheap and good pizza. We had lost our car key and the owner came out at midnight to bring it to us.
24/01/2026: Among my favorite pizzas in Gaiole, it's now a weekly ritual to get a calzone and a pizza from Corrado, who always greets you with a smile and a joke, and the pizzas are always hot and ready to go. In the summer, you can also enjoy light, easily digestible, and perfectly cooked pizzas outside.
