Spectacular view, Roman cuisine (and not only), huge wine list with a wide choice, courtesy and friendliness of the service, present and discreet (especially Giancarlo), careful to surprise my partner with a sweet treat and a special wish on her birthday the feast of the saint you are named after. I think it's best to book, as it's still a restaurant on the attic of a high-end hotel. The terrace is truly worth it, like few others in Rome. To return.

I had dinner with my wife at Settimo, on the occasion of her birthday in October 2024. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, particularly at sunset, and the quality of the food and wines is absolutely up to par. Impeccable service, we were both 100% satisfied. As a gift, a special dessert with chocolate writing was served for my wife, again a very good choice!

We had a great experience here. What mainly makes it worth it is the terrace and the view of Rome - especially at sunset. It's one of the best in the city. This is not the restaurant to go to if you're looking for super authentic Roman cuisine, but the food was all tasty and fresh - just a little on the touristy side. It is also a bit pricier than most of the other restaurants you'll find in the city but that's because you're paying for the view! The velvet couches in the indoor seating area were a nice touch as well!
