For our last evening in Rome, we booked into this beautiful restaurant with a magnificent view. If the dishes are very good, we did better during our stay (for the same price).
I’ll let you look at my other reviews to get an idea… 😉. The terrace being too small we unfortunately were not able to dine there because the tables were already all reserved.
In terms of service, it's professional but without being the best (we helped ourselves to water throughout the meal).
In short, it was good but it could have been much better!

We went to this beautiful restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.
What to say ? Everything is wonderful, starting from the location, with a suggestive view of Rome, excellent service and sublime cuisine.
I highly recommend it.
We will definitely return.

We came here for their famous cacio pepe and were very pleased. We also had a salad and 2 glasses of excellent wine. The restaurant is on the terrace on top of a posh hotel and the views of the city were excellent on this beautiful sunny day. Popular place. Excellent friendly service.

The view at Settimo is very nice and the place brings very romantic atmosphere. Service was very pleasant and polite. Everything was nice, the things is, for the price is not a wow affect. The food is good and tasty, but I will probably forget about it in a day or two.

View on the terrasse is everything ! Dinner starts pretty well with nice appetisers and dishes, service is nice but a bit long, paired wines are under average, and deserts are catastrophic… it’s supermarket quality, not acceptable at this price. Sofitel wake up !!

By far the best food we had in Italy. Highly recommend the suppli, asparagus appetizer, lamb chops, sea bass, and tiramasu at dinner. Great wine selections. Lionora and all the staff provided incredible service. They made our 30th wedding anniversary one of the most memorable and romantic celebrations. And no restaurant compares for the stunning views at sunset overlooking the city! They also serve a delicious breakfast buffet with many choices. We will return on our next visit to Rome.

My husband and I had a relaxing lunch at SETTIMO during our stay at the Sofitel. The views of Rome and Villa Medici were wonderful! Being above three city felt so relaxing. The service at three restaurant was great and all the food was extremely high quality. We each had a glass of white wine, the suppli appetizer, amateiciana, and an espresso. We plan to return!
