07/06/2025: Passing by we stopped for lunch. Excellent welcome; entrée with prosecco and savory snacks anticipated our choices. Excellent menu, consisting of free choice or combined with different costs. Decently stocked cellar and for all budgets. Excellent cuisine, from appetizers to desserts. The kindness and availability make you feel pampered. Not a dispersive place, well-kept and well-furnished. Only after finishing we realized that, in front of the restaurant, there is the possibility of staying overnight. On average you spend between 40/50 € per person for a more complete menu excluding drinks.

10/06/2025: The place is very nice, with a well-furnished interior, but there is the possibility of sitting in the courtyard in front, where we preferred to sit. I must say that the atmosphere is very intimate and pleasant. It is a pity that, at a certain point, the automatic lamps on the roof were turned on, whose light was excessive and intense, unfortunately not controllable by the manager of the place. The waiters are all very kind and helpful. The menu is inviting; we tried both the first and second courses, but we preferred the first. The desserts are also good. Wide variety of wines. The prices are slightly high, but justified by the environment that the place offers.

29/05/2025: A really nice and intimate little place. Excellent food, wines and service. I also really like its location, in a street that is not at all pompous and just this quiet and with a slightly decadent charm that contrasts with a modern but cozy place.

01/07/2025: For those who love pan pizza...and don't mind the expense! The farinata is excellent, but the prices are not very competitive...to put it mildly...but you eat really well.

16/06/2025: I can't say anything about the pizzas because I didn't have any...but speaking about the farinata, whoever wrote excellent etc etc I don't think they know what farinata is...and I'll stop here

23/06/2025: As often happens to me, I arrive at the place, I search and "choose" ... and almost always without giving weight to the reviews Here is a land of good meat and first courses of the highest level And don't say that I'm just lucky 😂😂😂😂 Nice little place, excellent service and high quality dishes Agnolotti and tartare... every bite is a delight A good glass of Nebbiolo without exaggerating ... and off we go A delicious dessert, the "classic" of the house, stop at the first one that is indicated to you... you won't go wrong👍👍👍👍 The bill is absolutely in line In short, the usual... Don't go there... otherwise I won't find a place and you know what I'll do to you, right?!?!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

19/06/2025: We visited Da Maria with our child – and it was simply fantastic! The food was excellent, truly the best in the region. Very tasty, beautifully presented, and made with love. The atmosphere on the terrace was also wonderful – cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. We felt completely at home.

18/05/2025: The quality of the food is good but the very high prices and very long waiting times do not make it a good choice for those who want to eat well at fair prices.

25/06/2025: Trattoria Losanna always a guarantee! They took care of the catering at our wedding, they were nothing short of fantastic! The aperitif, the dinner, the small pastry with the ice cream and the cake, everything was excellent! 14/06/2025: Truly exceptional little restaurant next to Bollente: every dish is tasty and well-prepared. Incredibly intuitive menu: gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options clearly indicated. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. I went with a friend and we both tasted all the dishes, impressed by the original and well-prepared proposals. We didn't have the chance to try everything! So, we'll be back :) Update, a month later: come back as promised! However, two dinners are not enough to try everything. In my opinion, the top rankings are tagliatelle (gluten-free) with white ragù and "Lo scomposto"! It's a joy to be able to taste dishes of this quality and even more so when you have dietary restrictions.
