A fantastic experience in Montesarchio. We visited this place on Via Napoli and were truly impressed by the quality of the pizzas. The dough is excellent, light, and has a beautifully airy crust. We loved the freshness of the ingredients, especially the quality of the artichokes and the generous amount of fresh basil on every dish. Every detail, from the perfect cooking to the toppings, is meticulously crafted. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly quality pizza. We'll definitely be back soon.

I had read about the numerous culinary events in which Maestro Giuseppe Bove had participated, earning recognition for his innovative pizza. Intrigued, I visited his beautiful restaurant with my family. We ordered his specialty, a double-baked pizza with a light, flaky dough, made with the highest-quality ingredients and unique combinations. The classic pizzas have a soft, well-hydrated dough and are perfectly cooked, even on these pizzas. The ingredients and combinations are the result of careful study and careful balancing. I will definitely return whenever I have the opportunity. Congratulations to Maestro Bove.

The pizzas are excellent, unfortunately we had asked for them not to be delivered at the same time but they were all delivered at the same time and we ate the last one cold!

Beautiful place, with open-view ovens. The pizza is the best I've ever eaten. Attentive and fast service. Parking is difficult on weekends, but that doesn't stop me from traveling 60 km to get here.

I've been eating pizza here for years, and I can honestly say it's one of the best pizzerias ever. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the place is clean, and you can immediately sense the care that goes into everything. The pizza is delicious, with top-quality ingredients, carefully crafted dough, and a lot of passion that goes into creating each pizza. Here, things are done right. One thing I really appreciate is the attention to hygiene, such as the care taken in properly washing and sanitizing vegetables—a detail that unfortunately isn't a given elsewhere! Plus, smoking is prohibited in the waiting area, which I see as a tremendous sign of respect for customers: no one should have to breathe in cigarette smoke while waiting to eat. 🚭 Passion, quality, cleanliness, and respect for the customer. For me, simply the best pizzeria. Period.

Very good pizzeria with many truly unique and special selections. The croquettes are also very good. Convenient parking in front of the place. The only flaw...the knives...they really don't cut well. I hope they change them.
