03/03/2025: Agriturismo di fascia alta in cui niente è lasciato al caso: la ricerca dei sapori è di altissima qualità, tutti sapori tradizionali della cucina abruzzese rivisitati in forme diverse dal solito e comunque molto gustose. L'ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli e l'atmosfera che si creerà durante il pasto renderà il tutto ancora più piacevole. Personale disponibile ed abbastanza celere. Per cosa mangiare consigliato certamente il menù degustativo composto da 5 portate, eventualmente con qualche aggiunta alla carta: è ottimale anche la scelta dei vini (il percorso da 3 calici in abbinamento al menù degustativo), con sapori che si sposano alla grande con quelli dei piatti a cui sono abbinati. Prezzi alti (80€ a persona circa con vino), ma giustificati dalla qualità. Consigliato

03/03/2025: High-end farmhouse where nothing is left to chance: the search for flavors is of the highest quality, all traditional flavors of Abruzzo cuisine revisited in different forms than usual and still very tasty. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail and the atmosphere created during the meal will make everything even more pleasant. Staff helpful and quite quick. For what to eat, the tasting menu consisting of 5 courses is certainly recommended, possibly with some additions to the menu: the choice of wines is also excellent (the 3-glass route combined with the tasting menu), with flavors that go perfectly with those of the dishes they are paired with. High prices (around €80 per person with wine), but justified by the quality. Advised

22/02/2025: Generally very good food: among the mixed starters some highlights (e.g. raw beef), the chocolate pappardelle with a surprisingly light, fresh and fragrant white venison ragout is a beautiful creation. Sensational lamb shoulder with thyme. My companion appreciated the dessert. Interesting environment in the "cave" wing, in the other rooms an unglamorous modern-rustic mix. Punctual and pleasant service. To return.

09/01/2025: Beautiful, very nice place with exposed stone, impeccable service, excellent food or consumed snails, tagliolini you have porcini mushrooms and grilled lamb all fabulous fair price, I recommend it .... Lino chef .....

30/09/2024: Usually the restaurants near the place to visit, in this case the Sanctuary of San Gabriele, do not offer impeccable quality. The Gran Sasso Restaurant deserves all the praise possible. Well looked after and clean, the owner is affable, funny and competent. All the dishes offered are quality and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

09/02/2025: Excellent experience, intimate venue, good service, very attentive even if a little fast for 10 courses, I would have liked a little more relaxation. Really tasty proposals, a journey between the vegetable garden and the sea that reflects and respects the territory a lot. Advise

15/01/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant - every dish was a real delight. The appetizer: the "Neptune's boat", was rich and varied, with a special mention for the prawns with cuttlefish ink, really good. The first courses are excellent: the Pythagorean carbonara, the gnocchi with tuna and pistachio, the busiata with shrimp and bacon etc., each characterized by the right balance of flavours. The desserts were equally good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and relaxing, ideal for a quiet lunch. The staff is courteous and professional. The price is adequate with the quality of food and service. A lunch I highly recommend.

26/01/2025: Locale accogliente in pieno centro storico di fronte il palazzo dei principi Spinelli ben arredato, personale cortese attento alle esigenze del cliente, preparato nella spiegazione dei vari piatti , menu diviso in due scelte alla carta o menu degustazione, con prodotti del proprio agriturismo ottimamente cucinati con varianti di pregio , buona la carta dei vini e birra di produzione calabrese. Al termine della cena un ottimo liquore al cedro . Il prezzo nel giusto per la qualità del cibo

10/03/2025: Beautiful place, large and welcoming with ample internal parking. I had lunch on Sunday 9 March. Pleasant environment with a very pleasant pianist both in the repertoire and in the interpretation at an appropriate volume. Truly delicious dishes, fresh and prepared to the highest standards.

08/02/2025: If you are looking for a place to enjoy very fresh fish, the farmhouse is a guarantee. The quality of the fish is truly superior, each dish is an explosion of freshness and flavour. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to suggest the best pairing. I recommend the raw and first courses. A safe choice for every lover of seafood cuisine and not just because there is a huge choice of meat!

16/02/2025: Ho festeggiato la comunione di entrambi i miei figli. Ci torniamo sia per festeggiare eventi sia per ritagliarci qualche ora di tranquillità. Contesto accogliente e piatti curati nella qualità. Mariasole è pronta ad accogliere le vostre richieste. Tutto ottimo.

09/02/2025: Servizio mediocre con tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Agnello in molte parti CRUDO. Pappardelle al cinghiale con sugo acquoso (tra l’altro noi avevamo ordinato un altro primo). Ziti alla Genovese buoni, ma in porzioni piccolissime. In più al tavolo affianco hanno servito verdura cotta e a noi è stato riferito che non c’era. Esperienza che non rifarei!! Peccato perché la location ha buone potenzialità.

11/10/2024: Attentive and polite staff, good location, it was evening and unfortunately it was already dark and the panorama was not visible, but the quality of the dishes replaced it

23/09/2024: The service was absolutely incredible. We got the surprise and all of the selections were nothing short of amazing. Everyone on the staff is extremely welcoming, informative, and friendly. They even gave us olive oil as we left!

01/03/2025: I was invited to a graduation party. Excellent food and courtesy. The only flaw is the road to get there is a bit difficult (in the last stretch)

06/01/2025: Everything perfect. Warm welcome, impeccable and fast service. Excellent raw materials enhanced with expert and well-tested preparations. The motto that you read upon entering "you do what you know and you know what you do" is absolutely true and produces a cuisine that is down to earth but of the highest level. Price more than honest in relation to the overall experience. Keep it up.

05/01/2025: We had dinner at the restaurant on the evening of 03/01. We called to say we would be late due to a delay, but they were extremely understanding and kind. The town is enchanting, the structure has been carefully renovated maintaining harmony with the territory, into which it integrates perfectly. The staff is very attentive, precise and friendly. Even considering the excellent premises, the food still manages to stand out and amaze, this is the real note of praise: the menu is varied and refined and all the dishes we consumed were truly excellent from all points of view (taste, quality of the ingredients prime, presentation). Adequate portions (with two courses we were more than full, but we continued out of greed and curiosity). Not to be overlooked, the prices are accessible to all budgets: 4 place settings, 1 starter, 2 first courses, 4 second courses, 4 desserts, wine (€30), water, coffee and liqueurs, all for €138. In my opinion it deserves the podium among the top 3 best restaurants in the province.

08/12/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Le Vele restaurant and I must say that it was an excellent experience! The fish is truly extraordinary: very fresh and of the highest quality. Every dish, from presentation to taste, reflects incredible care and passion. The menu offers a varied and refined selection, perfect both for those who love classic seafood cuisine and for those who want to experiment with something more creative. The staff is courteous, attentive and always available to recommend the perfect wine or dish for every palate. If you are a fish lover and are looking for a place where quality is at the center of everything, Le Vele is a must.
