16/11/2025: A fantastic place in the middle of the woods. Daniel is the perfect host, a wonderful host who pampers his guests with kindness and thoughtful touches.
The food is fantastic; some dishes, like the pumpkin cappuccino with speck croissant and the cauliflower cream with apple and speck powder, are truly stellar in my opinion 👍
Excellent value.
The herbal digestif offered at the end of the dinner is out of this world!
We'll definitely be back; we're very curious to try other menus that change every month.

15/02/2026: A charming place created with love. The harmony shines through in the dishes, the colors, the scents of the herbs, and above all in the soft curves. The building is soft with rounded edges to better circulate the energy, and you can immediately feel it. The dishes are carefully prepared, and Maria and her staff are friendly. A warm welcome awaits.
Unfortunately, I didn't stay overnight, but I'll be back. The view is truly splendid.
Stopping to talk with Maria about Stainer, the forms of Life and Beauty, was the final highlight of a wonderful evening.
Highly recommended.

29/10/2025: Unfortunately, despite a very positive review that brought in other vegan customers, I'm forced to write a negative one. When we called to make a reservation, we were told that in the winter they make all the fresh pasta with eggs, they add pork rinds to the beans, and we'd only be eating polenta and radicchio. Okay, another wasted opportunity.

22/07/2025: We had breakfast before the hike along the 52 Tunnels Road, and it really energized us. Fantastic croissants filled on the spot with plenty of chocolate, jam, and various spreads. Excellent service and very friendly staff. We'll definitely return, even without the hike... 😉

05/01/2026: Friends booked this place, which didn't seem like much at first glance, but then... excellent food, simple place, but with such courtesy and helpfulness from the staff that you feel like you're at home at a friend's house. Five-star value. Little show but lots of substance.

13/01/2026: A truly delightful discovery: located in a building adjacent to the Maso Fort, it features rustic yet refined decor, large tables, and adequate space.
The owner and staff were very kind and attentive to their customers.
The menu offered excellent traditional dishes, carefully prepared, tasty, and with generous portions.
The prices were average.
Service times were a bit slow, but the restaurant was packed, and the waiters always kept a close eye on the various tables.
There is a large parking lot, but unfortunately, it can be reached via a dirt road. Although not long, it has a series of deep gutters that put a strain on the underside of cars.
It's best to walk there from the hamlet of Sant'Antonio below, along a pleasant military road that takes about an hour of easy walking.
17/11/2025: Trattoria Forte Maso is located in a truly enchanting setting. The food is delicious, authentic, and rooted in tradition. Many dishes, all homemade, are prepared with great care and attention to flavor. It's definitely worth stopping for a meal.

29/06/2025: La posizione lungo il torrente, sotto un bel pergolato di kiwi offre una bella frescura, dove gustare ottimi ed originali piatti di pesce, sia crudo sia cotto. La gentilezza abbinata alla professionalità non vi deluderanno, provare per credere.

Location nel verde e nella tranquillità condito dalla passione dei gestori con tocchi retrò. Andare a mangiare il pesce ai piedi delPasubio sarà una piacevole scoperta.Provare per credere!

16/02/2025: Un trionfo del gusto e della semplicità, coniugata a una sapiente selezione dei prodotti locali. Splendida location, davanti ad un suggestivo scenario di monti e vallate. E un menù corto, ma perfetto negli abbinamenti. Squisiti gli antipasti (dal tagliere di salumi al flan, e al baccalà mantecato), superbi i bigoli artigianali al sugo d'anatra e chiodini, buona la tosella al forno, così come la tagliata di manzo. Da gustare lentamente i dessert, per catturare ogni sfumatura di gusto. Ben fornita la cantina, con eccellenti vini friulani e trentini proposti con giusti ricarichi. Servizio accurato e cordiale. Prezzi decisamente competitivi, una piacevole sorpresa. Da raccomandare senza ombra di dubbio. Noi ci torneremo con piacere.
29/09/2024: Quando sono nella zona di Schio e del Monte Pasubio, questo è il ristorante che prediligo... perché? Semplice, si mangia e si beve davvero bene! I piatti sono quelli locali ma non solo... nel menù c'è molto di più. La cortesia del personale e della proprietaria fanno il resto!

03/07/2025: E' già la seconda volta in un mese che ceno qui .
Devo dire che la pizza è davvero speciale,
Ingredienti davvero buoni.
La cucina però è da migliorare.
La polenta del piatto unico dovebbe essere servita un pò più cotta e grigliata.
Il piatto sembrava tutto lessato .
Secondo me riscaldato in microonde (speck compreso ).. peccato...
Tornerò di sicuro a mangiare la pizza!!!
11/05/2025: Restaurant découvert par hasard sur la route en revenant du ponto tibétain non loin de là. Il avait plu lors de notre randonnée et la minestrone servie dans ce restaurant a fait mon bonheur. La dame qui gère le service à elle toute seule est fort sympathique. On nous a même offert l'apéro maison. Les prix sont très corrects. Il n'y a pas de réseau à cet endroit, prévoyez donc de la monnaie pour régler l'addition. La carte ne passerait pas.
