12/04/2026: Three years of loyalty interrupted by an embarrassing welcome I've been a customer of this pizzeria for three years and have always overlooked some of the staff's somewhat "unconventional" behavior, but tonight's episode crossed the line into the unprofessional. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a young woman mumbling words under her breath, demanding that I'd already ordered without even giving me time to breathe or open my mouth. The height of absurdity came when I received two unsolicited takeout pizzas. When I obviously explained that I still had to order, the reaction wasn't one of apology for the mistake, but of annoyance: glances at the ceiling, a condescending air, and a judgmental attitude that I'd almost call "intuitive" discriminatory. It's a real shame that the quality of the product is overshadowed by such unbalanced and rude customer service. If a longtime customer is treated like a nuisance or, worse, judged condescendingly by the look of their eyes, it means that hospitality is no longer at home here. Fortunately, the area offers excellent alternatives where a smile and politeness are still included in the price. I left with my head held high, leaving the employee to her sidelong glances and the nearby customers to laugh at the absurdity of the scene. It's a shame, but after three years, my path and that of this place are parting ways here.

18/02/2026: Excellent experience at Pizza alla Baia. The pizza is truly delicious, always well-prepared and of high quality. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this place.
