05/10/2025: Explain to your employees that if I come in and ask for a restroom, you'll immediately tell them that the drink is mandatory (which should be indicated at the entrance), because if I have to pay €1.30 for a coffee with the POS, I can just leave. You'll have less problem telling them later in the most arrogant way possible just because I'm younger. Be more careful about having people tie their hair back if they work behind a counter and therefore respect hygiene rules.

10/06/2025: rude and unpleasant curly-haired barmaid with glasses: I went with my children and my husband, my son put his foot on the chair for a moment to have me tie his shoe, and she started yelling "NO FEET ON THE CHAIRS, do you clean them?" it was enough to say it politely, not shout it in front of everyone at the bar, then she came to clean the tables while we were eating and she started saying "then you throw that paper away, right?" with a very angry look as if it was our job to clean the table... just because she's having a bad day shouldn't make it worse for all the customers... I hope this thing gets resolved because it was really very embarrassing!!

29/09/2025: Not even a hello, and the first thing he pointed out to me was that they were closing in 15 minutes! As if it were Bottura's restaurant. Only because of the lack of a smile and the obvious rudeness, I'm leaving a review to help others and not come in. I emphasize that the town is practically dead.
19/08/2025: We ran out of sweets and pastries at 10 in the morning. No thanks.
