01/04/2024: We are back. Elegant hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent Cleanliness Breakfast with a notable buffet plus "on request". Excellent cuisine and service too. Excellent cellar. Sublime pastry. Parking. SPA and swimming pool they deserve. Privileged location. Advised.

25/03/2024: Pleasant stay, exceptional hotel and cuisine. The only note is that the spa is not supervised and is also open to children: a couple even entered with a stroller and some kids started doing diving competitions... I would say that either you choose to use it as a relaxation area or as an area open to all, in any case it would be right to clarify so that everyone can adjust when booking.

17/01/2024: Seconda (e ultima) volta che mi fermo in questo locale fronte lago a Garda. Sabato pomeriggio, ci sediamo in un tavolino libero e aspettiamo per ordinare delle bevande e un toast. Arriva dopo una decina di minuti il titolare, che girava per i tavolini facendo battute sarcastiche ai clienti, che erano in attesa e dovevano ordinare, o sollecitavano le ordinazioni che non arrivavano. Dopo venti minuti alcuni clienti che avevano già ordinato se ne sono andati senza ricevere nulla, e lui dando la colpa al palmare, li ha lasciati andare senza preoccuparsi minimamente di rimediare. Sono arrivate le bevande, ma dopo quindici minuti chiedendo del toast, mi ha risposto: finiti i toast! Sono andato a pagare all'interno, dove lui entrando ha detto alla ragazza: fai due toast.. Complimenti anche per il caos del bancone, ecc.. Un consiglio: cambiate mestiere!

02/04/2024: Hotel with good location and renovated rooms. The terrace is beautiful. Unfortunately, something less pleasant happened: since the hotel does not offer private parking in front of the hotel, to check in I had to leave the car in a nearby street and I got a parking fine. Showing the fine to the staff on duty, I received a cheeky response blaming me for having left the car in the street for too long. I had an intense argument with disrespect towards me as a customer. 01/04/2024: Great location, very nice location! Unfortunately our fish was served with scales. Visited for the second time in a year, unfortunately disappointed again.
