Unfortunately, the staff was still unfriendly and made no effort to satisfy customers. A smile would sometimes be enough, even without a reservation.
25/12/2025: In the beautiful hills of Conegliano, ideal for a quick lunch.
Good food accompanied by excellent wine, friendly and helpful staff.
The self-service water system is a unique and appreciated feature, with an outdoor area where everyone can serve themselves.
A simple and pleasant experience, recommended!

21/01/2026: An old-fashioned osteria that perfectly retains the spirit of local traditions. The changing menu features daily specials, appetizers, and wonderful porchetta, along with excellent wines and beers. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you, we'll be happy to return!

26/01/2026: It was a rainy Saturday evening for a Sardinian musical pilgrim (now in his first quarter century!) who happened to spend a Saturday night in Conegliano for a tribute concert to the Italian rock band Pooh. The only two bars open at midnight in the center were somewhat disappointing... and then, on the way back to the sheepfold, outside the center, this little Arcadian corner appeared by chance, pleasant for its atmosphere, its selection of food and menu, and its friendly staff.
Recommended, I'll be back on my next pilgrimage to the Veneto region.
14/11/2025: This venue often features live music. The atmosphere definitely needs updating in terms of service and ambiance. Beyond the superficial courtesy, BEWARE of the change you get back when you pay! The owner's tendency is to (silently and cunningly) withhold a flat fee.

Mario is wonderful, and Paola's cooking is exactly what you'd expect from an osteria in Veneto: warm, home-made, and made with love.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

23/01/2026: I don't usually leave reviews on Google, but I think this osteria deserves a mention. Quick and friendly service, good food without too many frills, a cozy place right in the center, and overall fair prices. Just as an osteria should be. Found by pure chance, I think I'll be back.

Excellent service, the girls are always smiling and helpful.
The dishes are delicious, without being heavy or overly seasoned.
Truly superb.
I had a great classic: white basmati rice and chicken curry... Plus their butter bread. Divine.
They even give separate bills at the cash register.

The "Neapolitan" (contemporary) dough is wonderful: soft, tasty, and light!

03/03/2026: We had a bad experience. They wanted us to pay for a room we had already booked and paid for! The receptionist was completely unprofessional.
23/02/2026: Overall, this hotel was better than expected.
The price was reasonable and it was close to the center of Conegliano. Although it's an older building, it's well-maintained, the rooms are warm, and the terrace is spacious and pleasant.
The beds were well-maintained, and the linens had a few minor flaws, but overall, they were very clean.
The bathroom shower was a bit small, but there was plenty of storage space and a chair.
The breakfast was excellent. The breads were delicious, and you could even squeeze your own orange juice to make your own 100% orange juice. The coffee was Lavazza.
Overall, the service and quality surpassed that of a 3-star hotel.
However, please note that the front desk is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM, so please check this information.

26/10/2025: Truly excellent gelato. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and it deserves a full 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service isn't up to par: the blonde woman is always extremely kind and smiling (thanks to her, I give it 4 stars), but the brunette woman is often rude and rude.
Things that shouldn't happen:
• She doesn't clean the spoons between flavors, even for different people, which is unhygienic.
• The prices aren't always consistent: on a few occasions, I paid €0.50 more without explanation.
A real shame, because the product is excellent, but the service experience should definitely improve. This review is from August to October 2025, hoping things improve.
4 stars only for the quality of the gelato and the professionalism of the blonde woman.
28/09/2025: Vegan ice cream is also available for those with these limitations.
Good service and a place to sit and eat your ice cream.
