31/03/2026: I often go there for lunch and the self-service is amazing!! But going there at 6:30 pm and seeing the girl with black hair and a fringe cleaning as if she were closing and taking all the sandwiches out of the display case telling the next customers that she has nothing to eat (two hours before closing) is bordering on disgraceful... a shame, it shows when someone doesn't want to work.

29/03/2026: I was deeply disgusted and irritated by what happened, especially since my family and I are regular customers and often eat here. For this very reason, I would have expected even more attention, respect, and professionalism. I found a clearly visible worm in a mushroom crepe. I reported the matter to the staff with extreme discretion, handing the dish over with half the portion still remaining, which was taken to the kitchen. The most unacceptable part, however, was the subsequent handling: we saw the staff inform the manager, but nothing was done. The only response we received was that "it happens because it's in the mushrooms that arrive pre-cut." A superficial, absurd, and completely out of place response to such an incident. No real apology, no thanks for the discretion, no attention to the customer, no attempt to remedy the situation. That a problem could arise from the raw material in no way justifies such a careless attitude. For regular customers, such treatment is even more disappointing. It was a terrible experience, both for what happened and for the way he was treated. After a situation like that, and especially after this reaction, I don't know if we'll return.
