I add after your answer that at the company dinner we had problems with diarrhea in over 50 people.
I will not add anything else.

I add in response that most of those present, more than 50 people, had the same problem as me…. Diarrhea for 2/3 days, so I believe it is not due to other events other than yours!!!!
An experience that I will definitely not repeat again!!!!

I advise her to change jobs since she should have a lot of education towards the customer and it is not part of her... You know many people I know had told me that she was rude but I did not think so...

01/03/2025: Really disappointing. I had a krapfen on a Saturday morning at 8 am taking the freshness of the pastry shop for granted. The pastry was dry, it was certainly from the day before and the cream (which was added at the time) was practically only that of decoration visible from the outside, inside it was empty.

10/11/2024: Purtroppo è cambiata la gestione e si sente. Abbiamo ordinato tutti piatti caldi a domicilio. Arrivati freddi. L’alga molliccia, salmone senza sapore, gnocchi di riso che avevano un retrogusto di rancido… con la vecchia gestione era un piacere mangiare le loro pietanze ora non credo ripeterò l’esperienza
