I must say that the pizzas they make are really good, and if I had to recommend a pizzeria to a friend of mine I think I would tell him to go there.
All the pizzas are VERY GOOD but really all of them.
The only problem is that it is closed for lunch and therefore I have to go to another pizzeria and I think that many people think like me, that is, that it should be open for lunch.
14/07/2024: the pizza is not only good it's excellent, I wonder how they make it so good with an electric oven. The service is impeccable even in the crowd they have a smile. They can deliver it to your home for €2.50. very good

Quick and available to explain the excellent craft and non-craft beers. Prices normal. There are some tables outside. The place is clean. The friendly owner. Excellent point of reference for quick and tasty dinners!

15/08/2024: Giorgio is a character: he lists the menu by heart (in multiple languages!!) very quickly and knows how to explain the dishes well. If you like inventiveness and creativity, this is the place for you.
Personally, the talking menu was fascinating until I found myself with a high bill at the end of the dinner despite the simplicity and sobriety of the dishes. In summary:
- simple environment just off the main street of Conegliano
- friendly and helpful staff
- simple and good cuisine, like a tavern
- excessive price
I don't know if I would go back...
13/08/2024: 25 euros for a second course and 18 for a very normal first course is absolutely excessive. It is in fact, as many comments say, a "tourist trap"

18/07/2024: I feel like giving only 3 stars for the portions that are more like a kinder snack than a "trattoria" (as per the name, which should also be "ancient", i.e. from the past). Let's say they look more for quality (more than good, nothing to say) rather than quantity. Young, trained and kind staff.
I close by apologizing in advance for the jeremiad, but I will once again continue my verbal crusade against the continuous mockery of the cover charge, which is rampant in our country. Here we paid €3 each for a skimpy basket of bread, cutlery and plates. Ironically, being seated outside (in the square in Conegliano, very nice) we weren't even "covered": that is, if it rains I'll take it on my head (to be fair, there is a canvas cover for the tables external, but we were slightly away from it). This damned story must end, because it is an insult to the intelligence of the consumer: if someone goes out to eat in a restaurant, the least that can be offered to him is a table, a chair, some cutlery and a piece of bread. The three of us ordered 8 courses. I'd rather pay you €1 more per course (€8 more for the exercise, in this case) than leave you with the damned cover (€9 total: that is, they would have lost nothing more than €1 total by paying €1 more for food on the menu) and get grabbed by the ass like that. Obviously this doesn't only apply to Antica Trattoria Stella, cover charge is a plague that spreads throughout Italy.
