19/06/2025: What can I say gentlemen!? 😐 As soon as I entered this bar, the staff barely looked at me 👀, as soon as they greeted me, but thanks to me because I greeted them nice and perky 😕. The staff and also the owner are so cold 😐, not really available with new people, as soon as he answers a question 🤔, in short I did not leave this bar satisfied with the service received🫤. In my opinion I do not recommend it! 👎🏻

16/12/2025: We had our company aperitif here. Aside from the location and food, which are uncomplaining, I'd like to offer a couple of tips to the restaurant manager. Let's not assume that all customers will automatically understand that Bistrot Caffè is located at Cà Amata and not at Fraccaro Caffè along the ring road. We weren't given the exact address, and the entire group went to the wrong place. Moreover, there was a second group that evening with the same problem. Second, we don't promise a room with music and dancing if we don't allow the volume to be turned up so as not to disturb the diners upstairs! This isn't professionalism.

15/02/2026: I had an aperitif at this lovely place in the center of Castelfranco Veneto. The aperitif was good, the waiters were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant but poorly maintained. The tables were dirty and basic cleaning wasn't done, at least not at the tables. Every time there was a change of customers, the dishes were simply cleared from the table. More attention was needed.

15/02/2026: Today my boyfriend and I decided to go to this bar for a drink. We arrive on the terrace and no one welcomes us or says hello. We sit down, expecting someone to bring us a menu or ask for a drink, but after 10 minutes no one arrives. Remembering the QR code menu at the inside tables, we scan it and choose our drinks. After that, we wait some more and no one comes to the table (even though they saw us sitting), so my boyfriend goes inside and asks for a waiter to come to the table, and he confirms he would be there shortly. We wait another 10 minutes and no one shows up. So, we leave. A complete waste of time. If I could, I'd give the service a 0. It's a shame, considering the location is beautiful.

14/07/2025: Excellent cocktails, qualified staff, and impeccable service. Not to mention the coffee, it's the only bar in the city center where I can always drink excellent, high-quality coffee (I recommend the macchiatos and cappuccinos for their impeccable foam). The free biscuit and glass of water included with the coffee are especially appreciated. Compared to years ago, I must say that it has been renovated, both in terms of the outdoor seating and the menu, with prices average or even lower than other bars. Among other things, I received excellent service regarding evening cocktails, both in terms of advice on what to drink and in terms of wait times and the final quality of the product. The evening bartender, who was very knowledgeable and attentive to us throughout the evening, was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

02/07/2025: Extremely rude staff. I do not recommend this bar. They threatened my friends (who had already consumed) to leave with the exact words: "are you challenging me?" forcing us to buy drinks against our will.

01/02/2026: Compared to the surrounding bars, it has the advantage of being open for longer hours (until 8 pm on Sundays) and having tobacco services inside. It also has tables on the sidewalk that get morning sun. On the other hand, there are fewer food options, and I personally didn't like the coffee very much.

26/10/2025: I used to go there all the time, but I won't go again. They served me undrinkable coffee, a disgrace.

17/12/2025: I went for lunch and as soon as we walked in the waitresses were already in a bad mood. The food arrived before the drinks... the quality of the food was poor, all the plates were chipped... it's really a shame that all the waitresses were so unenthusiastic...

18/01/2026: We ate here for lunch today. With two small children, it's always difficult to find kid-friendly restaurants, and I have to say they immediately understood our needs here. Quick, friendly, and good food. We'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: ⭐ Updated Review (2025) Episode Date: Monday, December 8, 2025, between 2:15 and 2:30 Unfortunately, I have to update my experience, because every time I come back here, something happens that makes me say, "Okay, this time, that's really enough." On the night of December 8, 2025, between 2:15 and 2:30, I simply asked why the staff was preparing the kebab without gloves, after touching the POS, money, and the counter. A polite, calm question, like a customer who cares about hygiene. The response? Agitated tones, confusing sentences, absurd defenses, and no desire to listen. A simple "You're right, I'll wear them" would have been enough and it would have ended there. Instead, the conversation degenerated, as if I had asked who knows what. Hygiene, however, is non-negotiable: if you touch money and then food without washing your hands, you violate the rules, period. And calling a customer "annoying" just for reporting a problem speaks volumes about the level of professionalism. A month ago, I already reported: • excessive prices (€8 for a kebab without vegetables) • arrogant manners • yelling at customers for two unused papers • poor service Now we're adding poor hygiene to the mix. The situation isn't improving here: it's getting worse. A smile and clean hands cost less than a kebab. But here, apparently, these are extremely rare items.

15/12/2025: The staff is very good and patient, and they keep the tables and floors clean as customers leave. Everything else is a no-go. We had a McCrunchy® Chicken and two Filet-O-Fish® Deluxes. The bread isn't what they used to be: the rolls are soggy and small, and the price is very high for what you get. A terrible experience.
