17/08/2024: Incredibly good pizza, with quality ingredients and absolutely Neapolitan style. The one with broccoli, sausage (cut into slices like in Naples) and provola is amazing, as is the simple margherita. A slightly anonymous location for a Neapolitan pizzeria, but honestly it doesn't matter! Average prices.

27/07/2024: Dinner in an exclusive environment, service not up to the standard of the place, personally I don't accept the fact that there is no menu with prices and I cannot choose independently what I want to consume, this negative note is in contrast to the stupendous place and to the really good dishes that are presented. The staff is very kind, courteous and helpful, with some adjustments in my opinion it could become the best restaurant in Castelfranco Veneto.

24/07/2024: We had dinner outside and there were a lot of mosquitoes We took the cooked starter: quite good, while the first course was spaghetti with scampi alla busara, a disaster: salty, there were only the shells of the scampi, no pulp We waited a long time for the frying and it was soaked in oil and here too only the head of the scampi

10/08/2024: Ate from a fixed price menu. Very quick service and good dishes with fresh ingredients. Pleasant location, courteous and attentive waiters. Kind and smiling owners. Advise.

14/04/2024: THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Yesterday the women who was working for closing shift around 6 pm she was so rude and unprofessional, she was so angry to me !!!!! You made mistakes and I asked her to correct my cake that I ordered before. She was unhelpful, very rude and upset with me! . Do you think that the people will back again in your store after your bad costumer service!!? Who is the manager in this store????? 14/04/2024: The worst costumer service ever seen in my life! I had bad experience with one of the staff inside the store. Tha women who was working on 13 th on April at 6 pm was so rude to me, unhelpful and unprofessional. Basically they make a mistake with my cake and I just asked her if she can correct my name because was completely wrong!! (despite that i had written my name as-side for her correctly) She was so upset and she didn’t wanted to correct for me! She said I am not sure if I can do it now! The women with long dark hair I think she doesn’t know what dos it means professional costumer service, She needs training for how to approach the costumer and she needs to learn more for people skills. If she is not happy there, she doesn’t need to keep this job! I will never come because of her behavior!! 😡😡😡😡
