11/03/2026: Company dinner. Prompt and unobtrusive service. The location is exquisite, as are the dishes. Excellent wine list.

19/04/2026: We always order here (with Deliveroo). Is it possible that 3 times out of 6 they give us the wrong food?!? One time something is missing... another time another... I think we'll choose a different restaurant next time.

A welcoming and clean atmosphere, with super friendly and smiling staff, also excellent for an aperitivo with well-made drinks and a relaxed atmosphere, especially considering the establishment is located inside a shopping center! Ideal for a sweet break or a relaxing moment with friends after shopping, a real treat that puts you in a good mood. Highly recommended!

28/03/2026: Today I had a scoop of Pasqualina-flavored ice cream... my eyesight is so SMALL, which is a shame because the flavor is really good. The clerk has a plaster on her elbow. 😥

09/03/2026: ESCAPE ROOM I'm no escape room expert, but this was the first time we found ourselves literally dumped in the room, without any instructions to start. We repeatedly raised our hands, and after 10 minutes of asking for help, we were finally given help. El Dorado is highly discouraged if you're a group of 7 people, as there's not enough room in some areas for everyone, and some have to wait outside. €22 x 7 = €154. They have 3 escape rooms = €462 per hour, and they'll pay €10/hour to a poor girl who clearly can't keep up with all three. The reason they gave us was: some groups prefer not to have too much help. Answer: If we didn't want help, we wouldn't have asked for it, right? —————— Reply to comment: We asked for the discount on the next bowling game; you didn't offer us anything after we reported it. When you make a mistake, it's best to apologize and not add anything else, so as not to make the situation worse...

15/02/2026: I had an aperitif at this lovely place in the center of Castelfranco Veneto. The aperitif was good, the waiters were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant but poorly maintained. The tables were dirty and basic cleaning wasn't done, at least not at the tables. Every time there was a change of customers, the dishes were simply cleared from the table. More attention was needed.

15/02/2026: Today my boyfriend and I decided to go to this bar for a drink. We arrive on the terrace and no one welcomes us or says hello. We sit down, expecting someone to bring us a menu or ask for a drink, but after 10 minutes no one arrives. Remembering the QR code menu at the inside tables, we scan it and choose our drinks. After that, we wait some more and no one comes to the table (even though they saw us sitting), so my boyfriend goes inside and asks for a waiter to come to the table, and he confirms he would be there shortly. We wait another 10 minutes and no one shows up. So, we leave. A complete waste of time. If I could, I'd give the service a 0. It's a shame, considering the location is beautiful.

16/12/2025: We had our company aperitif here. Aside from the location and food, which are uncomplaining, I'd like to offer a couple of tips to the restaurant manager. Let's not assume that all customers will automatically understand that Bistrot Caffè is located at Cà Amata and not at Fraccaro Caffè along the ring road. We weren't given the exact address, and the entire group went to the wrong place. Moreover, there was a second group that evening with the same problem. Second, we don't promise a room with music and dancing if we don't allow the volume to be turned up so as not to disturb the diners upstairs! This isn't professionalism.
