5 stars just for Luca. MY Smarties McFlurry was PERFECT. And unlike so many others (e.g., see the Treviso review). Luca deserves a raise with all due respect.

I went back in time. Manual entrance door, no totem, and unsorted waste bin, but excellent table service with very friendly staff.

For a fast-food restaurant owned by this multinational, I found greater attention to detail than other restaurants in the same chain. I consider the target market to be similar, so the attention to detail received at various times over time is above average. The key is to persevere and continue to train your staff well.

Nothing special: Mc's has no kiosk, only orders at the counter, and both dine-in and drive-thru options are available. The parking lot is a bit convoluted, but it's spacious and has no barrier, so it's also accessible to campers.

The staff is very good and patient, and they keep the tables and floors clean as customers leave. Everything else is a no-go. We had a McCrunchy® Chicken and two Filet-O-Fish® Deluxes. The bread isn't what they used to be: the rolls are soggy and small, and the price is very high for what you get. A terrible experience.

07/10/2025: For evening aperitifs, the service is quick and friendly, and the staff on the terrace is very knowledgeable and helpful! Great service and a positive atmosphere. Excellent location at the foot of the cathedral on the main pedestrian street! An experience worth repeating! Returned after a year, staff changed, service and quality plummeted, and prices are ridiculous. I'll put a cross on it.
17/07/2025: I had lunch today with two friends before returning home after a short three-day vacation in this charming city. The hostess is very friendly and an excellent cook. The staff is kind and professional. We ate deliciously: meatballs with a side of vegetables, all washed down with excellent prosecco. The tiramisu definitely deserves first place, and even the coffee is good, which isn't a given even in designer restaurants. The price was more than reasonable. If we return to Treviso, we'll definitely stop there again.
