01/01/2026: I go several times for lunch, the quality/price ratio is excellent, the selection of food is quite varied. I've also been several times in the evening and I've often chosen the pizza, always excellent, light and tasty. The service is always excellent, the place very beautiful and refined.

03/02/2026: The summer I spent in Rosolina was magnificent, thanks in part to "Tiratardi," a cozy yet characterful place, offering the option of dining in at spacious outdoor tables (you can call through a device that lights up when you pick up your order). Both the piadinas and the pizza slices were delicious, with a myriad of flavors, some particularly delicious. I remember one in particular, with zucchini flowers, which left me absolutely enchanted! It's a shame you couldn't buy empty piadinas to take home as souvenirs.
The staff was always particularly efficient and friendly.

They seated us at a table inside, and we chose our own pizza, creating it with the ingredients available!
We stumbled upon it by chance on our first night, and returned the next... We couldn't return to Bolzano without trying it again.

01/03/2026: The Guinness was so good I drank two in a matter of minutes.
Maybe it was because it was so crowded that the room was like a boiler room. Zucchini flowers were fried beautifully, with great attention to detail by the entire staff: and I think they all put a teaspoon of salt on top.
The toothpick tag is so Michelin-starred... Just like when you go to the supermarket and find the prices on the refrigerator counter.
I'll definitely be back: they took away my driver's license, and I live 500 meters away.

05/12/2025: We discovered this delightful place through a Perugina Baci voucher. We weren't familiar with it, so we decided to try it.
We were enchanted by the care and love that went into the dishes we ate.
Unique appetizers, traditional and non-traditional first courses, second courses that bring back the authentic and genuine flavors of yesteryear, desserts that pamper the palate and end on a high note. Wines paired with the dishes enhance their flavors. Coffee, strictly moka, knows its stuff.
We discovered you and will definitely be back.

08/02/2026: I stopped because I was having trouble with a vintage vehicle to ask for information because my phone was out of battery, and I was treated like shit, I presume, by the owner. The food may be good, but first and foremost, you have to know how to treat people. Shame!!!!
