02/06/2026: I visited this trattoria yesterday for the first time with a group of friends. It's located in a very quiet area, the atmosphere is simple, the food is truly excellent, and the service is impeccable.
Luckily, these places still exist, where you feel at home, away from the usual tourist traps and superficial restaurants.
Compliments to all the staff.
19/05/2026: This is how we Swiss imagine a typical osteria in Italy. Lucky us: we managed to snag a table on a packed Sunday. A place you simply have to go!

13/08/2026: Old-school place. We only had a coffee at closing time at 12:30... we found the owner with the keys in his hand who was about to close... and he didn't hesitate to let us in! Very kind to our request for four coffees just to stay awake driving on the Romea with children in the car (since there is no bar or any other open business in any case, it's not worth paying for)!!!! If I could, 10 stars all deserved.
05/08/2026: Always excellent fresh food, both meat and fish, friendly, professional staff available for all needs, very busy, obviously (you eat well), another gem, the napkins and cloth tablecloths are always impeccable.

18/10/2025: Amazing dough and very kind people.
They seated us at a table inside, and we chose our own pizza, creating it with the ingredients available!
We stumbled upon it by chance on our first night, and returned the next... We couldn't return to Bolzano without trying it again.

And then, I've never seen a food truck so clean, new, and organized, with tables and benches all super immaculate and almost "elegant."

19/07/2026: Despite a somewhat late and distant initial welcome from a young woman, we were then served by a more dynamic and cheerful waiter who turned things around.
We ordered jumbo burgers, which were truly fantastic! The quality of the meat, expertly cooked, was excellent, as were the fries.
The prices were a bit high, but the quality of the ingredients made up for it.

Fresh, high-quality fish. The house antipasto is highly recommended: a true feast for the eyes and the palate. The fried fish is a delight and extraordinarily rich. We also tried the risotto: delicious, flavorful, and creamy, perfectly cooked. So much care and attention was taken in the plating.
A special thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness throughout the evening.
We will definitely be back to try other specialties!

27/07/2026: My daughter and I were passing through and decided to stop at this trattoria. It was a truly pleasant surprise. We tried the cappellacci with ragù and the roast rabbit: both were delicious, carefully prepared, and with authentic flavors reminiscent of old-fashioned cuisine.
The service was also friendly and attentive. From the outside, the restaurant may not give a full idea of what's on offer, but once inside, you immediately realize that the quality of the food is far superior to what you might expect. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a stop.

22/02/2026: I had lunch today with my wife. We had the Fraterna appetizer, which was good prosciutto crudo, but salami was too fatty and cheese was very fresh. Next up was gnocchi topped with artichoke hearts and too much cream (someone explain what that was for), and the duck bigoli was mediocre. One major flaw: at the end of the appetizers, I asked to remove the grilled meat from my order, but was told it was almost ready... In fact, after the first courses, it arrived almost cold (so I didn't eat it). Frankly, I was disappointed and a little disappointed.
29/11/2025: Excellent... Delicious cold cuts and meats and top service... it's practically like being with family... Must try the grilled salami.
