02/06/2026: Hi, for the first time on June 2nd, I booked a table by chance because many restaurants were closed. Unfamiliar with the place, I was initially disappointed, as it was located in a gas station. However, upon entering and, more importantly, tasting and enjoying my order, I was delighted with the quality and quantity of the food and the service provided by Miss Pamela.
I highly recommend this restaurant, and even though I come from a seaside town, I found quality and courtesy here.

18/10/2025: Amazing dough and very kind people.
They seated us at a table inside, and we chose our own pizza, creating it with the ingredients available!
We stumbled upon it by chance on our first night, and returned the next... We couldn't return to Bolzano without trying it again.

19/05/2026: A lovely place to spend an evening with friends! Wide selection of dishes and pizzas, all very tasty! Friendly and helpful staff.
24/04/2026: Very nice atmosphere. If I really had to find a flaw, it would be the noise, but the rooms are large, with high, vaulted ceilings, so soundproofing would be complicated and risk ruining the medieval atmosphere.
The pizza was excellent, but the rest of the food I saw passing by wasn't bad either. The price-quality ratio was fair.

The inside dining room might be a little warm when it starts to fill up...and it's a bit crowded.
But otherwise, everything was perfect!
01/05/2026: Appetizer of 3 types of cured meats, poor salami, mortadella okay, raw ham maybe three slices, fried gnocco dripping with oil. This was for two people, then two first courses: pumpkin tortelli and pappardelle with wild duck, the ragù was passable, the pappardelle looked like strips of inner tubes, two desserts, two coffees, water and half a glass of wine on tap, total price 80 euros. I don't feel like recommending it, I would have liked to eat the fish that was on the menu but they didn't have. I say, but are you unprepared for the May Day holiday? We had to eat practically what was available. I will never go there again. It's no longer the place I remembered.

19/05/2026: Very good pizza, very nice place, attentive and friendly staff. Lots of pizza to choose from, light and delicious, great value! Highly recommended. We're going back with friends after just a week!

22/02/2026: I had lunch today with my wife. We had the Fraterna appetizer, which was good prosciutto crudo, but salami was too fatty and cheese was very fresh. Next up was gnocchi topped with artichoke hearts and too much cream (someone explain what that was for), and the duck bigoli was mediocre. One major flaw: at the end of the appetizers, I asked to remove the grilled meat from my order, but was told it was almost ready... In fact, after the first courses, it arrived almost cold (so I didn't eat it). Frankly, I was disappointed and a little disappointed.
29/11/2025: Excellent... Delicious cold cuts and meats and top service... it's practically like being with family... Must try the grilled salami.

05/07/2026: The perfect atmosphere for a lovely evening with friends.
Fresh, high-quality fish. The house antipasto is highly recommended: a true feast for the eyes and the palate. The fried fish is a delight and extraordinarily rich. We also tried the risotto: delicious, flavorful, and creamy, perfectly cooked. So much care and attention was taken in the plating.
A special thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness throughout the evening.
We will definitely be back to try other specialties!
