16/08/2025: Very delicious pizza! Pizza is charged by weight. There were five of us and we ordered a 1-kilo pizza. The pizza slice is cut with scissors, so you can choose which flavors you like. We chose pizza diavolo, tuna, bacon, and pesto & pomodoro. I found the pizza delicious, generously topping and a very crispy crust. And we enjoyed it so much that we ordered it again the next day. But the night is very lively, with lots of people and long lines. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, as well as very personable. Everything was clean and tidy. What's important is that if you're traveling with children, it won't be a problem, unlike other restaurants that don't allow children (I went to two restaurants and were turned down) even though the restaurant was empty. There's also music, which makes it all the more entertaining.

20/09/2025: Well, I'll start by saying that I come to this place often. The problem is that when there are a lot of people, they don't come out, they forget to come and take the order. The food is made quickly and loses its quality, which in other cases is good.

04/11/2025: Good bar. Good coffee, friendly staff, fair prices. I wouldn't mind if they had a slightly wider selection of pastries. The wine selection in the wine bar is excellent.

09/10/2025: I come here often and have never complained, unfortunately today I asked if I could have some porchetta and was denied because they had already cleaned the slicer, half an hour before closing... I should point out that they don't do table service and there is only a small buffet... so don't order drinks half an hour before closing because they have already cleaned the kitchen... usually it's done after... D.C.

21/10/2025: The new management is excellent. It seems to be a more popular place. The aperitifs are good, prices are average. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can eat inside the bar or in the gallery.

09/12/2025: On a bank holiday Monday, December 8th, we stopped to buy the ever-present and excellent panettone. The bar area was quiet, with no line as usual. We'd wanted to have an aperitif at the table, but that wasn't possible. After sitting down, we called out to the waitresses as they passed by several times. Sometimes they'd reply with "We're coming..." and sometimes with "Yes, just a moment..." Two families, after an exhausting wait, left. We tried again, but to no avail. As soon as they served a table of four, we decided to leave. It's not the first time we've left without ordering anything. A historic and prestigious pastry shop like Borsari doesn't deserve such staff.

13/07/2025: What we ate was good, but it's a shame that only about a third of the menu was available... so the choices were quite limited. The prices were a bit too high, in my opinion, for the quality of the dishes.

23/08/2025: Very good artisanal gelato. Friendly and efficient staff. The only drawback is the lack of parking, but I walk there for good gelato.

26/08/2025: It was a lovely discovery! While wandering around Rovigo, I stumbled upon this bar, located near the historic center. Friendly staff, good food. If I may make a small suggestion: having a menu available so you can choose more easily would be even better. Good luck!
